Prolouge : Where it all began.

(The prolouge is kinda wack , it gets better later on , atleast i think so , i just needed a valid reason for the mc to die and reincarnate.)

"Yo! Emily!" , I called out to a girl that was right in front of me , when she heard my voice she turned around and her eyes met mine. She suddenly had a grin on her face as I was getting closer and closer to her with each step of mine , I was running in her direction. She was my friend and we always went to school together , except that today I woke up late. 

"Well well , look who decided to show up." , she teased me as she crossed her arms. She was obviously making fun of the fact that I slept in.

"You could have called me or something!" , I said to her a bit annoyed although I really wasn't , I made a fake pout and as we both laughed a bit we started going in the direction of our school. We took the same path as always , nothing changed about this place as always , the same trees , same walls and buildings.

"Oh , that's right. Did you read the manhwa I told you about?" , Emily looked over at me with an excitedlook on her face. The day before she reccommended a manhwa to me that she said I would enjoy , since we like similar genres. I ended up binging the whole thing the night before because of how much I enjoyed it.

"Oh yeah , of course I did! Holy shit , that was amazing!" , I said out loud. I barely slept the night before because the manhwa had around 93 chapters and all of them were really long , because of that it took me over 5 hours to read the entire thing.

"Kinda sad that the manhwa isn't finished yet." , I sighed as I crossed my arms. I looked over at the building in front of us only to see that we're getting closer and closer to our school with each step we take , I look at the building a bit displeased  , since I don't really feel like going there. School isn't my favorite place and never will be , I only like it there because of my friends. 

"Yeah , but I heard the novel is finished. The manhwa still needs a few chapters before it's done." , Emily explained to me. 

"You read the novel?" , I asked her as I looked over at her. Our eyes met.

"Oh yeah , I did. There were so many cliffhangers in the story that I just had to go ahead and read the novel. I have it home if you want it." , she told me. My eyes glowed with excitement , you could almost see little stars in them , my mouth opened and I was obviously about to ask her if she could lend it to me but someone had to come inbetween us and interrupt us.

"Emily! Hi!" , a girl with blonde hair came over to us , well , not exactly us , but to Emily.

We didn't neccessary get along , not that it matters.

"Oh , hi Matt , didn't notice you." , said the blonde haired girl.

"How could you possibly not notice me?" , I asked myself inside of my head , I couldn't tell if she genuinely meant it or if was her making fun of me. Well , I never stood out to begin with , so it's not that I'm neccessary mad about it or anything like that. I just really dislike her attitude , she could get off her high horse sometimes , it wouldn't hurt if she did.

"Yes..." , I said as I averted her eyes , I didn't feel like continuing this conversation , not like she came here to talk with me.

"Sorry , Matt , but I need to talk with Emily in private." , before I could even say anything the blonde haired girl grabbed Em and both of them dissapeared into the crowd of many other students that were in front of us, after a few seconds I couldn't even see them anymore.

I was kind of surprised that she would just outright grab Emily by the arm and run away from me , like seriously , that was pretty rude when you think about it a bit more.

"She better not show up in front of me again today or I'll smack that bitch" , I said inside of my head half jokingly half serious. It's not like I could actually hurt her , since I would get in trouble but I really wish I could. Eh, well whatever , let's not resort to violence , it's never the best thing to do.
