"They called him dangerous, he was my safe."

Startled by the sudden turn of events, I instinctively try to free myself from Blake's grasp, however, I suddenly find myself ensnared by a strong embrace against a solid chest.Looking up, I meet Blake's gaze as he gazes down at me. Irritation creeps into my voice as I inquire, "What are you doing?" His firm grip prevents me from escaping as he swiftly lifts me off my feet and starts running.
My anger intensifies, and I can't help but press, "Can you at least let me see where you're taking me?" My frustration deepens as his arm hinders my vision, obstructing my ability to comprehend the unfolding events. He disregards my protests, resolutely carrying on with our sprint. I feel helpless, unable to assess the situation or ensure the safety of my father and Nova.
Amid the flurry of movement and the overwhelming sensory stimuli, I begin to notice the inhuman growls resonating in the air and the pungent scent of blood lingering around us. Fear grips my heart, mingling with my worry for my loved ones. "We need to find my dad and Nova," I urgently express to Blake, my voice trembling with concern and apprehension. If only he would release me so I could take action.
"They're safe. I've sent someone to bring them to a secure location," he murmurs, attempting to reassure me with a gentle smile.
As the growls and screams fade into the background, replaced by the rushing wind against my skin, I realise we have reached the outdoors. Softening my tone, I say, "You can put me down now," feeling a twinge of guilt for the burden I've placed upon him.
"We're not there yet, and you're not as heavy as you think," he responds, seemingly able to read my thoughts. After what feels like an eternity, he stops running and sets me back on the ground. Surveying our surroundings, I find myself standing in a secluded clearing, enveloped by the foreboding darkness of the surrounding forest.
Unable to contain my curiosity, I voice my thoughts, asking, "Why have you brought me here? Is this where you plan to harm me?" I feign nonchalance, but inwardly, I am consumed by fear.
Blake's grip tightens as he pulls me closer, his eyes narrowing with intensity. "I would never lay a hand on you, nor would I allow anyone else to harm you," he declares vehemently, his voice tinged with anger. A flicker of relief washes over me, but before I can delve into his words, he abruptly releases me.
"Let's go. My house is nearby," he says, diverting my attention.
Before Blake can take a single step, a large brown wolf lunges at him, sending him crashing to the ground. I stand frozen in shock, my eyes wide as I witness the brutal encounter.
The brown wolf's claws dig into Blake's abdomen, but with a display of sheer strength, he retaliates with a powerful kick that propels the wolf into a nearby tree. The injured creature quickly recovers and lunges at Blake again, but this time, he responds with a swift right hook, causing the wolf to stagger backward.
In the blink of an eye, a black wolf emerges from within Blake, seamlessly replacing his human form. The brown wolf, undeterred by the size difference, charges at the larger black wolf, refusing to be underestimated.
With lightning speed, the black wolf clamps its jaws around the brown wolf's neck, its canines piercing the vulnerable flesh. The brown wolf thrashes desperately, attempting to break free, but the black wolf only tightens its grip, determined to prevail. The sound of bones snapping fills the air as the brown wolf's resistance weakens, eventually succumbing to the relentless assault.
As the lifeless body of the brown wolf falls to the ground, my gaze shifts to the figure that now lies motionless before me. It is no longer a wolf but a young man, seemingly in his late twenties, with tousled dark brown hair and piercing blue eyes.
A gasp of shock escapes my lips, the realisation of the violent encounter before me sinking in. Trembling, I take a cautious step back, my fear mirroring the intensity in the black wolf's eyes as they lock onto mine.
In an instant, Blake's naked form replaces that of the black wolf, causing a scream to involuntarily escape my lips as I point a trembling finger in his direction.
"You... you turned into a wolf," I stammer, my mind grappling to comprehend the impossible sight before me. He nods silently, his expression devoid of emotion.
"You... Oh my God...," I manage to utter, my words trailing off as darkness engulfs my senses, robbing me of consciousness.
