The raid on the League of Villain's base was over, the last major villain organization had been dismantled. Over 200 members were captured, along with 5 executives. Kurogiri, the boss had been missing although a few days later the Q.R.A released a statement in which they claimed that they had found him wondering inside their territories and had executed him. The destruction of the last villain group brought a sense of peace to Japan. The war had also seemed to quiet down, there was even a truce in the city of Sendai which had been contested between the Q.R.A and the government for almost ten months at this point. The governmemt even managed to sign a "Christmas truce" with the Q.R.A which would last until the 2nd of January. There was hope for a peaceful resolution to the conflict now. The people of Japan looked ahead for a better future, hopefully a future of peace.
After the 2nd of January conflict resumed and to the surprise of pretty much everyone the Q.R.A was being a bit more peaceful, prefering defensive tactics over the offensive which had dominated their doctrine for almost 1 year at this point. Was this the sign that the civil war would finally end or just a deception tactic?
February rolled in and the situation stayed the same, people were growing a bit suspicious but didnt matter the peace nontheless. Soon it was the 14th of February the day of friendship and love.
In UA just as in any other school the students celebrated by giving gifts to their special ones, people they cherished either a girlfriend/boyfriend or just a really close friend.
When class first started it was a shower of gifts everywhere. Normally Aizawa would forbid this as he declared heroes had no time for such things but this time it was different. Aizawa decided to allow it as he was happy the students where finally at peace. The situation had been getting better, and he hoped it kept getting that way. Aizawa walked down the halls of the school, his school now. He looks to the sky hoping for a bright future. He remembers the old days, before the civil war. When he would get in his bag and sleep in classes or go to the teacher's room and speak with his old friends Yamada and Kayama, better known as Present Mic and Midnight. Oh how much did he miss those days when everything was calm and the things that bothered him the most were the teenage drama of his students and Principal Nezu hiding in his scarf which he now look fondly back to those memories, he couldnt help but crack a small smile at remembering that. Sadly those days are never coming back, but he hopes that his legacy for this kids would be a future like the calm past he once had.
In the classrooms the students exchanged gifts and of course Riza and Shihiro werent the exception. Riza gave Shihiro a box of caramel cookies which Riza had previously introduced to him that one time they went on a small date. Meanwhile Shihiro gave her a heart-shaped box full of Ferrero Chocolate, they were expensive but he had managed to collect enough money over the past two months for that. This was because Izumi had pulled a few strings and managed to get Shihiro's mom a position a secretary of a CEO. She had quite the knowledge of a few things after all she had lived in Q.R.A territories until the "Great Retreat" and the school programs at that time, lets just say were really advanced, students used to learn calculus in 7th grade just for you to get an idea.
As the school ended Shihiro and Riza walked down the halls as their usual routine. They were talkimg normally until Shihiro stopped talkimg and got all red. He then spoke.
Shihiro: U-ummm.. R-ri-ri-za I-I w-w-was w-wond-d-dering i-i-if y-you....
Riza looked at Shihiro with a strange face while still holding the gift Shihiro had given him.
