*(Y/N)'s POV*

Location: Haneoka High School, Class 2-A

Yawn...
It's so boring today.
What're we learning today, even?

About some guy going on some adventure... it's bizarre, to say the least. And what's this about walking like an Egyptian? Egypt? How long have I been asleep? Last time I checked, we were learning about bushido samurai!

...And we're barely 10 minutes into class. Uhh.

I can't do this today. It's a lazy Monday.

I asked to use the restroom, and used that opportunity to sneak away and ditch class.

The only place the teachers don't go...

...The school rooftop.

Location: School Rooftop

Hmm? Some girl is up here already.
Dang it, my solitude moment is ruined!

...Huh? She doesn't even notice me.
Her hair is blowing softly in the wind.

From time to time, she brushes the hair to the side.

Her hair is short and black. She's not facing me, so I can't see her face.

After a bit, she turned around.

"Eek!" she squealed.

Whoa, she's really, really cute.

I also noticed she has a red streak on her hair.

Her face expression went back to an upset look, then turned back around.

Awkward...

I walked next to her and looked out in the distance.

"Long Monday," I said, startling her again.

"Uhh, yeah," she agreed, still not looking my direction. "Sorry, but I'm a bit occupied."

*Ran's POV*

Who is this guy?
I think he's in my class.

I don't have any time for him right now.

I reached in my backpack and pulled out my notebook.
Some lyrics are coming to mind again.

The boy next to me tried to look at my notebook, but I moved away a bit.

"Erm... Do you need something?" I told him.

"Sorry, nothing," he said.

Suddenly, another person arrived at the rooftop.

"Ran?" the girl said. From the sound of her voice, it's Moca.

She noticed me and laughed.
"Ha ha. Ran's ditching again... And I see (Y/N) there too!"

(Y/N)? Is that his name? Moca knows him?
