I live in a house where every door has a lip and i do a pull up every time i walk through the door and i live nneer a bridge so i pratice droping frome high places and shimming on ledges it helps with uperbody strangth and you hands durability.

Now i know that not everybody lives near all these land markings and there house are not built like mine so heres a list of places were you can train your body cassualy.

any lipes on ledges and door ways for finger strangth and uperbody

any near by tree be creative you can do many things on a tree pull up crunches ...

door ways are a great way to pratice holding yourself in the air
