Otaku City: Black Light District

Day 6 {Evolution}

Taiyou is seen sitting on a chair in the middle of a dark room, he seems to be strapped on. He looks around, but can't see anything. A hooded figure emerges from the shadows "Welcome...". Taiyou turns looks up at the figure in shock "Who are you!?!". Taiyou looks at the figures katana, it has a blood vile in it "DragonFruit..." he says to himself. Aoi, Levi and Kairi appear from the back of the hooded figure. Taiyou looks at all of them confusingly "What do you want with me?". The three of them look at Taiyou silently and then kneel down before him. Taiyou is confused "What are you doing?!" He yells while trying to get out of his restraints. The hooded figure walks toward Taiyou "It is my honour to welcome you, my saviour" the hooded figure says. Taiyou is shocked by what the hooded figure said, "what does he mean?" He thinks to himself "What does he mean, I'm his saviour?".
The other three begin chanting "Long live the saviour, long live the saviour, long live the saviour...". The blackened room then lights up with red lights. Taiyou looks around to see an enormous crowd of hooded people kneeling before him, simultaneously chanting "LONG LIVE THE SAVIOUR, LONG LIVE THE SAVIOUR, LONG LIVE THE SAVIOUR!!!". The hooded figure suddenly appears next to Taiyou and moves close to his ear "I'm waiting for you, my saviour...".

"AUGH" Taiyou screams. Taiyou sits up to find himself in his room, he realises that everything he saw was just a bad dream. Dylan bursts into his room, a large amount of screaming can be heard in the background which mainly seemed to consist of Narumi and Jessie "JESSIE THE EGGS ARE BURNING" "YOU'VE TAKEN THE BACON OUT TOO QUICKLY, ITS UNDERCOOKED". Taiyou stares at Dylan, "Yeah... we desperately need you down here." He says. Dylan shuts the door and begins to start the day.

Since Narumi and Jessie seemingly burned every ingredient in the house, the group decides to go out to a Ramen bar for breakfast, the group sits down and starts making their orders. "So what's happening today?" Hisoka asks while pouring himself a cup of water. Dylan picks up the jug after Hisoka "Today we're going to ambush a DragonFruit hideout that I recently discovered" Dylan pulls out his phone revealing the details "The hideout is located near Mayonaka. We strike at noon". Dylan proceeds to pour everyone else's cups "But first, we need to make a stop to Fugi Games". Everyone looks at Dylan in confusion "Why?" Jessie asks. Dylan smiles "We're all getting new upgrades'. A waitress walks over with their bowls of ramen and the group begins to start eating.

{Fuji games}
The group walks in to see that Mr Fuji is nowhere to be found. Dylan feels his phone vibrate and he pulls it out to reveal a test message.
{I'm heading out of town to visit my family. I sent you a code to have access to the entire weapons library and some documents that may help you}
The team walk into the back room and see a long hallway filled with laser sensors, 2 motion detectors and what seemed to be a working replica of an Aperture Turret. The group tries to find a way past the security, this lasts for about an hour. "For fucks sake" Dylan moves Hisoka out of the way to reveal a panel on the wall with a ghost icon, he pulls out his phone and taps on it. {Welcome Obake} the floor is revealed to be a trap door and the whole group fall into what seems to be a cushion. When they stand up, the view of their new hideout amazed them. An entire line of metal shelves with small glass cards neatly stacked on them, there was also an 2 filling cabinets with a label that said "DragonFruit members" on it. "Woah..." the whole group says in unison, except Dylan of course who's been were hundreds of times.

The group study the library of weapons to upgrade to. Dylan choses a Dominator (Psychopass), Taiyou dawns the Ultima Blade (FFXV), Hisoka picks up a Harbinger (RWBY) and Jessie chooses a NATO winchester cartridge (Detective Conan). Dylan looks over to Narumi who is sitting in the background, he walks towards her "You'll need this" he says holding another glass card. Dylan hands Narumi the card, she reads the label {Derringer: Borderlands} "I don't want to hold onto this" she says nervously. Dylan turns and walks back "It's just in case of an emergency" he says "You might even forget you're holding onto it". Hisoka starts looking through the cabinet of documents on DragonFruit members. "Hey Taiyou check this out" He says to him, Taiyou looks over "Old man Fuji kept tabs on all sorts of DragonFruit members, there's some guys in here with weird as powers".
