Chapter 7:

It's now December 4th and I'm in the music room again sitting next to Mikey at the piano.

I play a rhythm to a song I wrote yesterday in my room when I was think about Mikey and the other boys a little.

"That sounds good" Mikey smiles at me. "did you make that rhythm?"

I shyly nodded and his smile grew.

"Can you show me the song?" He asks hopefully.

"It's pretty shit" i say.

"Non sense" he shakes his head. "I'm sure it's great"

I sigh and grab my sheet music from inside the piano where I hid it.

"Nice hiding spot" he laughed.

I laughed to and shook my head at him.

"Can you play the guitar part? it's acoustic"

"Sure" he shrugged grabbing his acoustic guitar.

"Sing along where it says singer 2 ok? It's a duet for a guy and girl"

He nodded his head and I counted off starting the song then I started making the right keys while he strummed. (Taylor swift and Ed Sheeran's song and listen to the video above with it if you want)

I heard clapping and looked up to see the other 3 guys clapping at me and Mikey and Calum sent me a wink.

I looked over to Michael to see he was smiling at me and clapping too.

"Wow. I though you said the song was shit" Mikey chuckled. "that was not!"

I shrugged and the guys had their mouths wide open.

"You wrote that song?" Calum asks.

I blush but nodded.

"Wow we got lucky with you" Calum smiled at me.

Looking around at the 4 lads who support me I smile back at them.

This must be what it's like to have a family.
