Having a town hall lvl 1 is pretty simple when it comes to giving tips.
You are at such a low lvl and base and almost low everything, basically,tips are simple.
1: Have a nice maxed lvl 1 town hall base, and what I mean by that is upgrade all your buildings and others to their max lvl
2: Use your battle attacks very wisely because losing a battle means losing trophies
3: Make sure to save up gold and elixer to upgrade town hall, defence buildings, and recourses
That's pretty much all the tips that you need for town hall lvl 1 tips.
