That picture up ther is a really good base, you should try it for town hall lvl 5.
You always want to put your town hall in the very middle of your base.
Then suround it by 1 layer of walls.
You should also put your storages and defences next to it so your defenses can protect your gold, elixer, town hall, and other buildings.
