Jaden pov
I walked into class and sat in a random seat. There were soo many seats that it was pretty hard to choose which one was best. I decided to sit in a seat in the middle. It was my last class of the day and I was relieved. Because I spilled my coffee, not much was keeping me up. I couldn't wait to go to my dorm. I wanted to see how my parents decorated it since they wanted to surprise me. Since I was early, I got my things out and waited for more people. Some girl sat beside me and I didn't take much of it. She was pretty and had really nice smelling hair, which I know is weird, but you could smell it from just sitting beside her. She had a nice smelling perfume on and I was tempted to ask where she got it from. But instead I just minded my business and waited for class to start. My mind traveled back to gelo. I don't know what it was about him but he just seemed... different. The professor closed a door which startled me since I wasn't paying attention. There was a open seat on the other side of me since I was kinda on the end but the girl still sat beside me. Just as the professor was about to shut the other door a student zoomed in.
"Excuse me sir but your late, hurry and find your seat" she said with a bit of a attitude.
Almost all students looked back and so did I; we were all nosey. It was gelo, except this time he was wearing a new shirt. His eyes traveled around the room until they stopped at me. I quickly looked away and turned back around. I began to get nervous. I watched the professor make her way to the front. Then I heard movement beside me and looked to see him sitting down right beside me with a small smile. I turned my attention back to the professor.
"Today's lesson... expenses and exchanges" she wrote and it appeared on the board.
"Now..."
"I didn't know you were into business management" he whispered to me.
"You don't know a lot about me, we just met three hours ago"
"Well can I get to know you?" He asked. I was kinda surprised that he asked so I semi-ignored him trying to focus on the lesson. I didn't wanna make a scene; It was the first day.
I guess he kinda got he point when he turned around and started writing. We weren't taking notes so idk what he was writing but I didn't care too much. Then he scooted the paper over to my desk. It was folded so I opened it.

I smiled, liking how he was actually trying. I wrote back and gave it to him. He smiled and nodded. The rest of the lesson went pretty smooth. Gelo would say goofy things to me every once in awhile; I'd laugh and go back to focusing. I could already tell he was gone be the reason I fail this class.

I walked out the locker room in my jersey and custom Nike precision's feeling like the shxt. It was my first official day of basketball practice. While I was walking I wasn't paying attention and ended up bumping into someone; the second time today and I realized how short my attention span was.
"Oh my fau-"
"Watch where you going!" He semi yelled. I didn't know who he was but he had a bad temper.
