"I see, young girl, you and your brother here have come at a perfect time. The parade is in honour of the coronation of the crown prince. No one knows what he looks like but rumour said that he'll arrive the day before the parade but his float will get here two days before. This small little town is where it begins and it'll travel to every town in the kingdom of Stathom to introduce the kingdom to it's crown Prince who will become the next king when the old one is gone. Some of our town's greatest chefs and entertainers will be able to go with them to entertain the folks in neighboring towns and the prince himself."

"Woah that sounds like such a blast! Thank you so much for telling us. Now, if you'll excuse us we need to find our other siblings and our father."

"Yes, of course. Good luck on your search. But be sure to join us for the feast tonight, down in the town square by the old well. I'm sure you know your way there." The shopkeeper winked at Charlie and went to talk to another customer.

"Hanna, you go first there's something I need to do first."

"No! I'm not losing you too."

"Fine stay here then but just stay out of my way." Charlie walked over to the shopkeeper and tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention.

The shopkeeper turned his head, "Yes, my boy?"

"Grandfather, why didn't you tell her?" Charlie said, confused.

"I'm sure you want many answers Charlie but I cannot tell you all answers but if you wanted her to know, you'd have told her yourself."

"I'm sorry grandfather... I thought they were all just stories you used to tell us as bedtime stories." Charlie said, now with tears in his eyes.
