I was just cooking some food after all he had a nice kitchen and I was dying for some nice real food. That was until I was rudly tackled oh well guess he's gonna try for a fight so a fight he shall get. "Aright bird brain lets see how well the number two hero can fight!" I yelled a little excited and angry as I get fire ready in my hands.
Hawks P.O.V
You know when you're so confident in something and you play it through so many times in your head that it has to work only for you to do it and it goes so horribly wrong you're ready to die rignt on the spot? Yeaaaaaahh because thats what just happened to me. I quickly realised it was dabi and jumped up backing into the counter before I became a rotissery chicken (R.I.P fellow manga readers). "OHMYGODIMSOSOSOSORRYITHOUGHTYOUWEREADIFFERENTVILLAINHERETOKILLMEIDINTKNOWNITWASYOUPLEASEDONTKILLME!" I quickly yelled, yeah real smooth me nothing like the number two hero yelling my apologies at one of the most wanted villains because I thought he was... A villain. I'm honestly ready for him to kill me. How in the world did I become the number two hero??? Oh god as if this wasn't bad enough Dabi got up and started laughing his ass off. Alright Satan take me now please.

This birdbrained idiot, I couldn't help it and started laughing my literal ass off for the first time in ages. This birdbrained idiot really thought I'd kill him with a small ass fire! No matter how much I wanted to I wouldn't do that, after all the league needs him alive so it's best to keep him around. I'm still on the ground, gripping my stomach, laughing my actual laugh off, tearing up and enjoying this birdbrains face. After a while I finally calmed down and wiped my face standing up only to realize the birdbrain left, to his room probably. Oh well not my problem, but what is my problem is the fact that I completely forgot about the lunch I was cooking and it's probably burnt worse then me by now. Dammit.
Endeavors P.O.V (bet ya didn't expect that)
When I gave hawks that mission I expected Him to do good and have some sort of info by now but nope. It's sad that he's the best man for the job yet he can barely cook eggs for breakfast without burning them to a crisp. I mean seriously he (420) burns almost everything that he touches. Just like me in a way. I burned any chance of having a relationship with my kids and Rei a long time ago. After talking with All Might I realized that maybe I wanted to have a relationship with them but I think I've long past the chance for that. At least I'm going to try and be a good father, I think I might. Who knows if Rei can ever forgive me? Touya... who knows if he's even still alive. Fuyumi will accept it and be glad to have a normal family at last. Natsuo can't even look at me at this point who knows how he'll react. And shouto... my masterpiece who always got the worst of it, I just hope I can be a good dad to him.
(Anyone want an endeavor redemption ark?) Anyways like I was saying hawks needs to pick up the slack and get some information the sooner we take down the league the better it'll be for everyone.

Sorry that my upload schedule is nonexistent I barely have motivation for much but I'm going to use my time in quarantine the best I can to upload as much as I can. For every chapter I do my best to keep the word count in about 550-700 words since I feel that's a good amount of content so it takes a while sometimes to get to that range of words. At the end of the day I just want this story to be something people can enjoy and not just another quick fast pace written at 3 am story with a flimsy plot. While I do make the plot up as I go I want it to be as realistic as possible for the characters involved and as enjoyable as possible from a readers point of view. So if you have any ideas or tips for the story I'm all ears. Anyways I just felt anybody that reads this should have an explanation to why my uploads are so random and I promise to work on a new chapter every 1-2 days. Wow this was a long authors note.
