Chapter 1 Food

Ray POV.
"Coby you have to finish what is on your plate before we could go" I said rushing around the kitchen.

I was suppose to make our snacks and lunch last night but Coby wanted wanted to watch a movie before he went to bed.

After watching Big Hero 6 for the 100 time I took his sleepy self up the stairs to get him into his bed before he finally falls asleep. I was getting tired but I didn't get to finish up what I had to do because he wanted me to sit with him and watch the movie. Not a problem I love watching movies with him.

But I still didn't check up with all of my pets. But i also had to still take Bud out for a walk and make sure my two cats were in side before bed so they weren't trapped out side all night.

"I-i-I I know I-i'm trying" his cute little stuttering voice came over the loudness of my foot steps. "Good kiddo. After th-that you have to make sure you b-brush your teeth" I said back. "Uhhggg.... do I have t-t-to?" He whines.

He sat on his chair staring at me rush around the room, "Yes. Yes you have to" I walk over and place my arms on the table and look at him.

"You don't want to end up having to go to the dentist for cavities" I push my mess hair away from my face, "Yeah.... y-your right" he sighs. He sounds so sad. "I hate the dentist" he said with a louder and a bit more chipper.

I chuckle and shake my head, "Same here buddy. Th-that is why I make sure I brush my teeth everyday. It keeps a-a-away cavities. Bu-b-but d-d-don't forget about the flossing too. That helps a lot too" I ruffled his hair and pulled back from the table, "But I-I I also do know that today we don't have t-time to floss. So when we ge-get home you should floss" I point my pointing finger at him.

He takes a big bite of his toasts and nod his head violently up and down with a big smile on his face.

I turned back around and went to the sink and quickly washed my hands. I quickly dried then off and finished making our snacks and lunch. I placed all of Cobys food into his lunch bag.

"Ok what drink do you want today. Orange juice, A-apple juice, Grape juice or ice tea.... well some k-kind of lemons ice tea drink?" I asks him. "H-how about or-orange juice f-f-for lunch time. Ice tea for snack time" he said.

"Good idea"

I had made both of us his favorite lunch. For snack time we both get some grapes, goldfish, some baby carrots, a side of ranch and either orange juice or ice at the time. Then for lunch we get our sandwiches and the rest of the grapes and baby carrots, we have what every drink we have left. After school there is a chocolate chip muffin as he waits for me to pick him up.

I stuffed everything into his cute school bag and zipped it up. This is so cute. "Ok I have everything you will need" I walked over to the table and place his bag on top.
