"Hey! Wake up! You have to go."

Mingi let out a groan as a result of Yunho repeatedly slapping his face lightly.

"Why?" He hissed as he swatted his hands around.

"Because you're slowly ruining my sanity. Now get up and leave." Yunho hissed.

He knew his words were not received the right way once he saw Mingi's eyes snap open. A glint of mischief could be seen running through them.

"Ruining your sanity? In what ways?"

Mingi was smirking until he was slapped with a pillow.

"I'm not going to play these head games and let you mind fuck me right now." Yunho grumbled before going to his kitchen.

He started looking through his cabinets, looking to see if he had any coffee filters. The amount of sleep he had was not enough, so he knew caffeine was needed.

"Fuck! I have to go to the store." Yunho muttered.

"We have to go to the store?"

Yunho looked towards the entrance of his kitchen, blinking a few times before shaking his head.

"We? Mingi, did you hit your head or something?"

"N-"

"Because I said that I have to go to the store, not we. You need to just get out of my apartment."

Yunho smacked his forehead in response once he saw that Mingi was not budging.

"Give me thirty minutes of peace at least." Yunho hissed before storming past Mingi and towards the bathroom.

"So, where exactly are we going?"

"Can you let go of my hand first?"

Mingi cleared his throat before letting go of Yunho's hand, stepping a few steps away.

"We're going to the store, and then to my job I'm hopefully still working at. I have to sort things out before I have to go back to my parents." Yunho sighed as he pulled Mingi back, a bit closer.

Not wanting him to bump into anyone on the sidewalk.

There was a slight tension between them until someone came and jumped onto Mingi, making him fall in response.

"It's been a while!"

Yunho let out a small laugh as he watched San giggle before helping Mingi up.

"You guys don't hang out or something?" He said with a small smile.

"Mingi likes to stay home with his parents while I live with Woo." San said with a big smile before wrapping one arm around Mingi's waist, and the other around Yunho's waist.

"Where are we going?" He questioned with a pout.

"Yunho and I were going to the store." Mingi said with a firm lipped smile.

Even though he loved San like family, he wanted so badly for the male to leave.

Mingi wanted alone time with Yunho.

"Before I completely tag along, I must ask, may I tag along?" San asked while looking at Yunho, ignoring Mingi's glare.

"Mhm" Yunho hummed, not being able to refuse San's adorable smile.

As they began to walk down the street, Yunho could sense Mingi getting irritable, making him laugh in response.

Mingi was not having it though, he wanted San to leave.

"Why aren't you with Wooyoung?" He said with a fake smile.

"Woo went out with Hongjoong and Jongho."

Mingi made a face once he realized he would not be able to shake San off.

"Please don't let this take long." He pleaded quietly once they walked into the corner store.

As Yunho went to go get his things, he and San stood at the cashier, having a staredown. San had a smile on his face as Mingi could not help but look angry.

"Is there something wrong?" San said with a fake pout.

"You're cockblocking."

"Oh really? I didn't know?" San laughed.

"Why are you doing this?" Mingi scoffed.

"Do you want me to be honest?"

"Um, yes?!" Mingi hissed.

"Seonghwa sent me. I was actually on my way to Yunho's apartment, but I guess this works." San said as he picked at his nails.

He knew Mingi wasn't too happy to know Seonghwa was behind San suddenly appearing.

"Why would he do that? Do you know why?"

"Seonghwa thinks that you would ruin Yunho's life. I didn't agree you would, but he paid me to do this." San snickered.

Mingi rolled his eyes, understanding the situation now. He was not surprised seeing that Seonghwa did in fact spill his secret. Telling Yunho about the whole arranged marriage.

"I really do want Yunho, but I think Seonghwa is right. I might ruin his life, and I feel like I already did."

"Already did?" San said with confusion written all over his face.

Mingi was going to explain until he was shushed.

"Do you feel that?" San muttered as he looked around.

He already felt like someone was watching them, but now he felt something different.

An overwhelming sense of Demon energy.

"Something doesn't feel right." San muttered.

Mingi wanted to nod in agreement, once he saw the store clerk suddenly rush to the back of the store.

"Something isn't r-"

His words were cut short, feeling as if he couldn't talk once a needle was stabbed into his neck.

"Yunho" He muttered worriedly before blacking out.
