Preeta finished the soup
Karan smiled
He was about to go out but preeta held his hand.
He turned : kya hua? Kuch chahiye?
Preeta nods as no : aap yahi rahiye na
Karan looks at her
Preeta : please?
He smiled and again sat beside her on the bed
Preeta carefully kept her head on his shoulder and her hand at his chest
He looked at her and then kept his arm around her shoulder.
Preeta was feeling safe and comfortable.
Mihika, payal, riya saw them from outside and smiled.
Preeta closed her eyes. Both of them fell asleep in each other's arms
Next day,
Both of them were sleeping. Karan's arms surround preeta. They both were extremely close.
Karan woke up. He slowly opened his eyes and was happy to see preeta sleeping close to him.
He could feel her breath.
He moved back and slowly loosened the grip of his arms around her.
He covered her with the blanket and went in his room.
He thought about something
*flashback*
When karan took preeta to mall,
Karan : hum yaha tumhare liye shopping karne ke liye aaye hai
Preeta was shocked
Karan : tumhe jo pasand aaye, wo le lo
Preeta : aap mujhe khareedne ki koshish kar rahe hai! Mujhe nhi chahiye aap se kuch bhi
Karan : preeta. Mai tumhe khareedne ki koshish nhi kar raha. Apni galtiyo ko sudharne ki koshish kar raha hu.
Tum mujhe ek mauka do, Mai sab theek kar dunga
Preeta : kaise karenge aap sab pehle jaisa? Haa? Meri zindagi mujhe wapis de sakte hai aap?
*Flashback ends*
He thinks about how she reacted everytime.
He didn't blame her and was buried under his guilt for doing bad to her.
He didn't want to hurt her anymore and decided to hide his feelings from her.
He went in the washroom to freshen up.
Preeta also woke up
She realised that karan was not there.
She thought about something

The day before (when Mihika & riya were talking to karan. Preeta had come to consciousness but didn't open her eyes)
Karan : pyaar? Mai? Preeta se? Nahi toh
Mihika : Karan, khudse is baat ko mat chupao. Tumhe preeta se pyaar ho gaya hai
Karan : di, mujhe preeta se pyaar nhi hua hai. Aapko koi galat fehmi hui hai shayad

Preeta had a drop of tear in her eyes
She thought : aap chaahe mujhse pyaar kare ya na kare.. Par mai aapse bahot pyaar karti hu... Aur hamesha karti rahungi..
At the same time mihika came there
Preeta wiped her tears immediately
Mihika : good morning
Preeta smiles : good morning
Mihika : ab kaisa feel ho raha hai tumhe?
Preeta : mai theek hu di
Mihika : mujhe tumse kuch baat karni thi..
Preeta : Haa, boliye na
Karan saw them talking and walked towards them.
Preeta smiled looking at karan. Karan smiled back. Mihika didn't notice karan.
Mihika : tum karan se pyaar karti ho?
Preeta was about to say something but karan interrupted
Karan : nahi di, Ye aap kya bol rhi hai
Preeta felt sad but no one noticed
Mihika turned and saw karan
Mihika : Karan..
Karan : preeta, tum di ki baato ko seriously mat lena.. Wo to aise hee unhe lag raha hai bas *chuckles*
Preeta smiles unwillingly
