Chapter 10: New Changes

Y/N POV:

I sit at the lunch table with Team RWBY sitting next to Blake while she writes in her journal as I read books about Sword and Gun play.

I look to see Yang slide up to both of us.

Yang: Whatcha doing?

Y/N: Reading.

Blake: (closes her journal) Just going over notes from last semester.

Yang: Lame.

She then catches a grape in her mouth.

We continue doing our own things until Ruby slams a large Binder on the table.

Ruby: (clears her throat) Sisters... friends... Weiss.

Weiss: Hey!

Ruby: Four score and seven minutes ago, I had a dream.

Yang: This ought to be good.

She then catches another grape.

Ruby: A dream that one day, the five of us will come together, as a team, and have the most fun anyone has ever had... ever!

Weiss: Did you steal my binder?

Ruby: (makes two peace signs with her hands) I am not a crook.

Blake: What are you talking about?

Ruby: I'm talking about kicking off the semester with a bang!

Yang: I always kick my semesters off with a Yang! Eh? Guys? Am I right?

While we all look annoyed at her bad pun as Nora throws an apple at her face.

Ruby: Look guys, it's been a good two weeks and between more exchange students arriving and the tournament at the end of the year, our second semester is going to be great!

Ruby: But, classes start back up tomorrow! Which is why I've taken the time to schedule a series of wonderful events for us today.

Weiss: I don't know whether to be proud or scared of what you have in store.

I put on a fake smile.

Y/N: Sounds fun.

Blake: I don't know. I think I might sit this one out.

Weiss: Sit out or not, I think that however we spend this last day, we should do it as a team!

Weiss: I for one think that...

She then gets a pie thrown at her face as we look to see it was Nora who did it.

Weiss: YOU DARE ATTACK ME WITH CARBS!

Y/N: (This is gonna get bad...)

I quickly grab myself a F/F cake and take cover behind some tables as food gets thrown like crazy.

Y/N: (No way am I getting in this warzone)

I take a peak out to see Team JNPR standing on top of a tower of lunch tables.

Y/N: (My gods no...)

Nora: (in sing-song) I'm queen of the castle! I'm queen of the castle!

Ruby: (stomps her foot on the table pointing at Team JNPR) Justice will be swift! Justice will be painful! (crushes a carton of milk in her hand) It will be delicious!
