Squad selection: part 2

After Iruka sensei finished reading the list of teams it was time for everyone to wat for their senseis to come and get them. Iruka was already here to take his group out, but before he did he spoke to Yn. "You know that little flower shop that Ino's family owns" he said. "Of course I do, sensei. But what's your point?" he asked. Iruka smiled as he chuckles to himself. Yn already knew the answer to his question. So with no further details Yn made his way to the Yamanakas flower shop. There he'll meet his sensei and team. To leave all together would be confusing to them and everyone else.

As he makes his way there his fox Winter jumps out of his jacket. In a couple of barks and yelps she start to communicate. "Why the hell didn't you choose Kakashi? He's like a father to you, Master," she says. Yn went red for a moment as Winter stops to stretch. "You know I don't like it when you call me Master. It's weird considering your age, in spite of how small you are," he replied. Look at her he catches a sly grin on her face. She walks up to him and brushes up against him. "Really? Does it bother you that much, Master?" she teased. It only made him bluch even more. Yn decided not to pay attention and head straight to the flower shop. Winter runs around happily while still staying close to Yn. It didn't take long before he arrived.

Yn's POV

(Ps if the text is like this Hi I'm Tom just know it's the Character's thoughts and I'm sure you all agree when a character thinks a lot while doing something it's a bit annoying to always put in himself though to himself.)

As Winter and I turn at the at the next road I took a deep breath through my nose. I can practically smell all the flowers from here. I can't be to far away now. I wonder how my teem will react when they lurn that we're the only group allowed to be more than 3 members. I wonder who they are and if they're more open minded. And what about Naruto? I have no doubt he'll be fine with Kakashi, but I do know...something tells me that they are going to be a active bunch. Lost in my own thoughts it took me a while to figure out that I was standing outside the shop. For how long I don't know. I can hear Inos' mother inside. I would have gone in to talk but it's too late for that. I could sense my sensei approaching. I turned to face him and my team while Winter sits patiently next to me. "Oh~ Now I k why you went with this guy. She is a pretty girl, strong and smart too. I'm glad to see you finely taking an interest in girls~" she said. I kept my thoughts to myself and tried not to show my discomfort.

Ino's POV

I can believe it! Sakura gets to be in a team with Sasuke and I end up with the walking garbage disposal and the downer! Well at least Naruto is with them, I'm sure he will be a great pain in her...wait? This is the road leading towards my Mom's shop? Is that where we're going? Why? "Excuse me, Asuma sensei? But why are we going to my family's flower shop?" I asked. He only chuckled.

"You all are aware of the fact that if there isn't enough students to form a three-man squad they aren't allowed to progress (i think) until they get a full team, are you not?" he asked. What is he getting at here? Of course we know.
"Yeah but what does that have anything to do with us? We are already a three man squad," Shikamaru stated.
"Well this year a special exception was made for a particularly skilled and talented Gennin," he said, "he is the only one who hadn't been pleased in a squad. The Hokage himself said that this candidate is allowed to be in an already existing squad. And he chose to be in your squad. And that is all I'm going to say. If you want to know more than you should ask him yourself." He can't be serious! That's all he's going to say. Hmpff, what ever, we'll see who's joining us soon enough.

Soon enough we reach my family's flower shop. There was no one waiting, but the shop sounds busy. I can hear my mom call out to someone who's helping restocking the shelves. "Hay, mom! I'm back!" I called out. Just as I entire the shop I see my mom sweeping the floor as someone else is putting up new flowers for sale. "Oh, Ino. It's good to see you dear. Were you put in a team with that Sasuke kid you have a crush on?" she asked. I can feel my face heat up. I opened my mouth to explain but someone else's voice spoke out. "Unfortunately she didn't, Ma-am. Sasuke ended up with her love rival Sakura and my friend Naruto," the voice of the guy stocking up the shelves said. I recognize the voice there and then.
"Yn, what are your doing here?" I asked. He just stared at me confused. "Helping of course. I can't just stand outside doing nothing. I also wanted to thank you mother for the gift you delivered to me...and lurn how to take care of it," he says. He continues to shelve a cuppel more before h hands my m apron and some gloves. I didn't even realize he had those on. "Thank you for helping me, Yn was it?" my mom said. Yn smiled and replied, "There's no need to thank me. It's the least I could do."

All I could do was just stare at him in disbelief. I don't know why. It's like his attitude just changed. But his clothes didn't. It's almost like he's afraid to show of a little skin. "Hay there, Yn. You ready to train or would you like to introduce yourself to everyone first?" Asuma sensei asked. He just shrugged. "I'd like to see what everyone else can do, if that's not too much to ask. I'll be able to do both at the same time, right?" he answers. Asuma just looked at us to see our reaction. Shikamaru didn't really look motivated but he nodded his head ether way. "Yeah, I'm game. As long as we get something to eat," Chouji answered. Then everyone looked at me. "Well I guess it's for the best. The best way to work effectively is knowing each other's strengths and weaknesses, right?" I asked. Everyone nods as we head out.

I know I've been talking to long with this one but I'm trying to get a feel for the story. So bear with me here if it's a bit sloppy.
