jungkook and lisa made their way to the gas station, never letting go of the other.
"you still owe me that date y'know." the elder said, breaking the comfortable silence.
"in your dream jungcock." lisa replied.
"you sure you don't want any of this anymore?" he gestured to himself.
the two joked and walked, it was more than obvious they both saw the other as more than a friend.

being at the gas station past 12, where nobody but you and the workers were in the room, was like being at the airport. time doesn't feel right, nothing feels right. but even though it doesn't feel right, nothing feels wrong.
"whatcha thinking about~" jungkook sang. the two now having bought their drinks and sitting outside.
"nothing." lisa told him with a warm smile, "well if this is our date why don't we get to know each other better? ask some questions or something."
even though the two were perfectly comfortable with each other now, they really didn't know a lot about each other.
the boy gave her a quizzical look. but obviously glad she had agreed to the whole date situation.
"what type of questions?" he asked
"i don't know, weird ones."
"okay, what's your favourite smell?" jungkook said, a little too quickly.
the question was definitely weird but did make her think.
once she new the answer she looked up again.
"rosé."
"ew sappy."
"BRUH YOU ASKED"
and that's how the night went.
one asked a question, the other answered. a bit of bickering here and there but it was always light hearted.
but not for long.
the door chimed, indicating that someone had left the shop. as a reflex the pairs eyes moved towards the sound to see who it was.
taehyung.
the boy gave an awkward square smile.
"yo." he threw up a peace sign and stood their a while, obviously expecting some sort of response. when he didn't get one he went to make his way back home.
"hyung." tae turned around almost instantly, "please."
lisa was slightly taken back by this. why was jungkook asking for some sort of forgiveness when tae was obviously in the wrong. her gaze landed on the eldest and it was obvious he felt the same as her.
"i hope you can both forgive me." he gave another forced smile and made his way to his car.
the two were so busy looking at each other and it wasn't until tae made them look away that they noticed it was raining.
"you should get you home too." jungkook said to lisa. he really didn't want to but he didn't know what else to do right now.
"no stay."
there was a pause.
"of course."

they had to run back to her cousins house due to the rain and snuck back in, quickly making their way to lisa's room after grabbing a towel.

jungkook peeked over her shoulder and only read who the message was from, not what of.
"bruh how loud were we?" lisa didn't respond but only snapped a picture of jungkook, of which he didn't retaliate.

"how much longer are you here for again?" jungkook asked, throwing the towel into the laundry.
"about a month." he hummed in response and pulled her into a hug
"let's go to sleep." he said, his warm breathe hitting her neck.
"i like that idea." lisa agreed more than happily, before she gently pressed her lips back onto jungkooks. they moved their way to the girls bed and lisa closed her eyes in contentment. she heard jungkook let out a deep sigh whilst he traced random patterns on her back, making her feel even more relaxed.
it wasn't until lisa was almost asleep that she realised he had traced the letter 'I' followed by a small heart, and then a 'U'.
she assumed that he thought that she was now asleep.
"i love you too." lisa barely whispered, making his breathe hitch and tracing stop. she could feel his heart racing in his chest, and it made her wonder how someone as average as her could make a boy like him that nervous.
nobody said anything after that, and the only sound was their gentle breathing. lisa felt jungkooks heart return to his normal rate and she didn't even realise she had slipped into slumber.
