"Hey, harry" I asked as I let go of him.

"Yes key" he replied. Aww he remembered the nickname

"Are you mad at me for leaving" hoping the answer would be no.

"Of course not Kayla, I love you we were only ten we couldn't of done anything" he confessed. I smiled but he was right we were only ten I couldn't have stayed or changed my mums mind.

We talked for a couple of hours before the boy acts were called on stage.

I stood up and gave harry a hug "good luck hazza"

30 minutes later harry came back and was crying his eyes out. I ran up to him and held his shoulders so I could look at him. I looked at his eyes intently trying to understand why he is like this.

"Harry what's wrong" I asked extremely worried. I have never seen him like this before. He looked down at me and sniffled

"I-I didn't g-get th-through" he cried out burying his head into the crook of my neck.

He looked broken. I understand why he is like this he wanted this so bad. We always wanted to audition since we was 9.

"girls on stage now please" the assistant announced"

I got up. "Will you be okay" he nodded and smiled "will you be alright"

He nodded again and gave me a hug. "Good luck"

I walked onto stage and got into line with the other girls. Simon spoke up

"Right so everyone good luck" he wished us all

My dreams were crushed.

I walked of stage devastated.

I walked over to harry. He stood up once he saw me.

"Well did you make it" harry asked

I shook my head as I cried more. Harry pulled me into a hug. His arms around my neck and my arms around his middle.

He looked upset as well.

We sat there for a while but then 3 assistants gathered a group of us around him and started calling out names.

I stood next to harry

"Esther Campbell, Geneva lane, Rebecca Creighton, Kayla Johnson, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson on stage now please" the assistant explained
