i strolled down the aisle, with carmen sitting in the basket playing with her 4ft tall barbie doll she begged craig to get for her and cameron playing on his nintendo .

zuri was behind me talking on the phone with craig, they've been talking since i told her she needed to let him be in cameron's life and since then craig has been trying to build a relationship with the son he didn't accept .

she was forcing me to get ready with shopping for the baby, which i don't have a problem with but there is always a chance i can't carry it to full term .

which she wasn't hearing, and said that if god wouldn't want me to have another kid or carry it to full term i wouldn't be pregnant .

i decided to get white clothing items, since, i wouldn't know what gender the baby is 4 1/2 months from now .

carmen was excited when i told her that she would be a big sister, craig was happy about it too and was at walmart getting a crib, changing bed, swing set, basically all the larger items he felt that he should buy and not me .

" mommy can we name, baby gumdrop ?" she asked eating her apple slices from mcdonald's

" mmm i don't know, about gumdrop baby ." i said chuckling a little

" but, i like name ." she said laughing

" i know you do but you can't name, him or her gumdrop car ." i said pinching her cheeks

" nanny, what about pizza !" cameron shouted while carmen smiled and high five'd him

" i can't name, it after food ." i laughed

" they have a girl name, watermelon ." cameron said laughing

" true ." i said while we all laughed

we walked into the next aisle, by that time i noticed a adorable onesie that read " daddy's trouble maker " in lime green letters

i handed the basket over to zuri, who began walking away further down the aisle and turning left .

i began reaching for the piece of clothing, and realized that i was a few inches shorter than what it was, i began hopping trying to grab it i was not giving up and passing this up because it was the only one left and my favorite color is green .

i sighed reaching for it once again, when a deep voice made me paused and a stretched out arm behind me grabbing the item .

" here, you go ."

he grabbed it with no, problem and handed the item to me .

" thank-you ." i smiled taking it away from him

" no problem babygirl, i noticed you struggling so i came over ." he smiled stuffing his hands in his pockets

he had a nice sense in style, a black shirt with black leather sleeves, black robin jeans, black christian louboutin sneakers with gold spikes and a gold rolex watch .

" i appreciate, your help ." i said kindly

" boyfriend ."

" huh ?" i asked

" your boyfriend, yall expecting ?" he asked leaning on a rack

" oh no, i'm a man ." i said laughing

" oh damn, i thought you were a girl ."

" it's okay, i get that a lot ." i said shaking it off

" well your a very, beautiful man ." he smiling

gosh he's a charmer .

" thank-you ." i blushed

" i'm ace ." he said stretching his hand for a proper greeting

" jacob ." i said taking it

" it was nice meeting, you jacob ." he smiled before kissing my hand and rubbing it with his thumb afterwards

he turned around and walked away, i began walking down the aisle in search for zuri, wait till i tell her about this one .

i walked inside of the home i haven't since gabriel's infidelity .

i carried a sleeping carmen into the guest bedroom were, i would occupy for now until i can pay the rest for my house .

i finished paying off carmen's medical expenses, and put down on a apartment condo i only have atleast 3,000 to put down .

i slipped off her red chucks, black tights, and her red flannel shirt .

i changed her pull-up and placed a clean one on, i grabbed a old t-strap and placed it on her body before pulling the covers over her .

" your back ."

i looked towards the door, seeing gabriel standing there in nothing but sweats that was pulled down showing off his deep v-line along with his 8 pack defined abs .

i ignored his comment, walking past him and into the main bedroom grabbing a pair of boxers and a oversized jersey .

after i grabbed my things, i began heading towards the door him moving infront of it .

" not tonight, gabriel ." i said sighing

" i just wanna, talk jacob ." he said

" and i don't, look i'm really tired and i don't feel like talking right now gabe ." i said running my fingers through my hair

" i know but-."

" goodnight, gabriel ." i said walking out

i headed back towards the guest bedroom, stepping inside the shower and rinsing my body off .

i pulled my jersey over my head it falling past my knees, and pulling up my boxers .

i turned on the ceiling fan on high, grabbing another thick blanket to put over me and carmen, i laid it out over the first cover before getting under .

carmen wrapped her arm around my neck, while the other rested in my hair .

i wrapped my arm around her tiny body while pulling her closer, towards me and drifting off to sleep .
