The television was on.
-''A group of explorers has found an ancient dungeon! A group of 12 people are soon being sent to the cave to uncover it's secrets! Onto other news. Santa Mira is pulling back funding for....''
Andie, One of the 12 volunteers, glared at the TV nervously. She was seriously rethinking her desicion. She decided to call her friend, Elvira, another volunteer.
-''H-Hey elvira! How's it going?'' Andie muttered into the phone.
-''Oh! I'm fine! How about you?'' Elvira answered enthusiasticly.
-''Oh... I've started to rethink my desicion on going into the dungeon...''
-''What? It's an once in a lifetime opportunity! Why would you miss it?''
-''I don't know about this... It's just- What if there are ancient spirits there, Or even worse, Rats?!''
-''Oh Andie, You and your weird spirits. Come on, It's nothing to worry about!''
-''I guess you're right. Well, i'll see you at the hotel on wednesday then, Bye!''
-''Oh yeah! See you, Bye!''
Andie ended the call.
''Elvira was right. Nothing to worry about.'' Andie thought to herself. ''Me and my weird spirits. Riiight.''
Andie was one of those people who believed in spirits, amulets, spell crystals and magic. She was fasicnated by the stories and the Wiccan culture. She loved ghost stories and making up crazy theories of spirits causing things like natural disasters. She was shy and a little introverted and not many people exactly liked her. Some found her creepy or crazy and some just didn't care about the weird lone kid. Elvira was different though. She was Andie's best friend even though they had their differences. Elvira was adventurous and brave. She didn't believe in ghosts and sometimes thought Andie was a little crazy with her ''Weird rituals'' and ''shiny plastic rhinestones''. She was also kind and caring and would do anything for her friends. She was outgoing and funny and a lot of people liked her, Although not many considered her a close friend.
Wednesday came and the 12 explorers gathered in front of the Entarance to the dungeon. Andie was really nervous. She felt something fishy, Something evil. She could sense an evil spirit among them. She just couldn't tell where. She decided to brush off the feeling just in case it was a false alarm. The authorities opened the gateway to the dungeon and the people started walking in. Andie was just staring at the gateway silent.
