Chapter 11

Carlys Pov

We walk into the kitchen when I see a bowl of mac and cheese sitting on the table, it used to be my favorite food. I can feel my stomach clenching by the smell and I know right then this isn't gonna be easy.

"Alright kiddo sit down." she says pulling out my chair. I hesitantly sit and she pulls her chair right next to mine. "You've gotta eat, who knows when the last time you ate and actually kept it down was." she pleaded.

I grabbed the spoon and out a small bite in my mouth wincing as it went down, tears I didn't realize we're streaming down my face. I took two more and those words I've been called we're just replaying in my head over and over again.

Fat

Useless

Worthless

Ugly

Annoying

I just wanted to go sleep, "I'm done." I said trying to get up.

"No no no I don't think so not yet, can you eat some more for me, at least half." she said calmly.

I shook my head no and more tears left my eyes that I couldn't control, she rubs my back and places me on her lap.

"Come on baby girl you've got to eat please, for me, for the girls, for yourself." she picks up the spoon and feeds me a bite while rubbing my back.

The pad of her thumb finds its way to the cheek to wipe up my tears, after she feeds me a couple more bites she said I was done.

"Look you did great for the first day okay, let's get you cleaned up and off to bed it's been a tiring evening." she picks me up and we go to the living room where she whispers she'll tell the girls what happened later. We head to my room and I couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough and just as I'm about to shut the door her foot gets in the way.

"Baby I'm not stupid I won't let you do this to yourself, if you want to shower or go to the bathroom one of us must be in here with you at all times." she hands me a towel and I decide to shower, I turn on the water and hop in with Camila sitting on the counter patiently waiting.

I wash real quick then get out, she picks out a light pink onsie with a little hood. She brushed my hair and puts it into a braid and tucks me into bed.

Camilas Pov

I pick out her pajamas and do her hair then she looks ready for bed, I tuck her in and kiss her forehead, "Goodnight Baby I love you Normani will be up in a minute" then leave.

I go downstairs and sit on the couch while Mani runs upstairs and all eyes are on me a I explain what happened, instantly they all look a little happier that she actually ate.

"I hope we can do this, it's going to be hard considering we're the only family she has. I don't understand how you can let your daughter do this to herself. But guys she obviously can't take care of herself so we have to, that means being on top of her 24/7" I explain. "We need to treat her like a little kid until she learns to love and care for herself, I don't mean literally but you get what I mean. She can't do anything by herself we can't leave her alone, who knows what would happen and if something did I would never be able to forgive myself."

They all nod in agreement and Lauren add that "We should all get her a little present for her first competition his weekend! Hopefully it'll make it easier on us if she's happy!"

Yes' get thrown around and we all eventually head up to bed.

-next morning-

Normani's Pov

I wake up cuddled with this little girl, I slowly shake her awake. She opens her eyes and rubs them like a little baby and I can't help but awe.

"Hey let's go down and see what the girls are up to sound good?" I ask.
Half asleep she nods and lifts her arms up, oh so now you want to be carried. I send her a little smirk and she glares at me, we both start laughing and I pick her up.

We head downstairs with smiles on our faces and head into the kitchen where everyone else is, "Woah what's got you two into such a good mood" Dinah jokes. Carly and I just share a quick glance and start laughing again, I set her down on the counter and grab myself a banana.

"Hey Carlz I got your rehearsal schedule and it looks like it's your last before we leave for your first competition in Orlando, why don't you eat, then go get changed and we can leave yea?"

She nods and we all leave except for Camila because this is her task to try to handle.

Carlys Pov

Once again I'm sitting at the table with Camila right next to me, she grabs a bowl of cereal only making a tiny bit. I take a couple bites feeling every pound being added onto me as I swallow before I can't take anymore.

"You know you have to finish this right, or at least just the cereal part and not the milk okay?" I nod and she picks up the spoon feeding me because I'm shaking too much.

"Hey it's okay look at me you're beautiful and perfect and everything Id ever want in a daughter, I can't let you do this to yourself because you don't deserve this life. I will do anything I can to make you believe me okay. Now let's head upstairs to get you changed."

She grabs my hand and passes me over to Ally who walks upstairs with me.

"So Hun what would you like to wear today?" She asks, I shrug and she pulls out a pink and yellow dance crop top with my yellow booty shorts with an attached tutu/skirt. {A/N: I actually have this because my in my Ballet class it's the only thing were allowed to wear besides Leo and I get lazy sometimes😂} She picks out a pair of overalls to go over it and grabs my dance bag swinging it over her shoulder.

She grabs my hand and we walk downstairs, "Time to go guys!"

A/N: Sorry such a short chapterr hopefully I'll be able to write more tonight but I have a lot of Hw! Comment what you wanna see or some ideas because I can't write if I don't have ideas? Please help, the more ideas the sooner a chapter is up😏
