Wounds of the past

It had been a few days since you and Ava started talking but at first she was cold and distant but little by little she opened up to you but right now your asleep in your room.

In your mind P.O.V

"Strange everything looks normal but also different" I say to myself as I walk through the guild hall before the scene changed as all of the guild laid on the floor soaked in their blood before looking behind me as light rains down from above.

Outside your mind P.O.V ends

You shoot up from your bed covered in sweat while breathing heavy as you get out of bed and take a walk into the guild to check things out to find everything is normal as you sigh in relief. "Just a dream good but man was it strange" you say before seeing a light coming from where Ava was being kept by Freed's enchantment.

You walk into the room and see Ava reading a book that you gave her along with some pen and paper so she wouldn't be bored before she sees you. "Hello [Fn] your early" Ava said as she let her book float in the air which didn't surprise you as you found out Ava can use any kind of magic in her current form.

"Yeah I had a bad dream is all" you tell Ava as she looks at you before using her magic to pull you a seat. "What was it about" Ava asked as you sit down and look at her.

"I'm not sure the guild was normal but then everyone was dead next thing I know a beam of light destroys everything Magnolia, the guild even me" you tell her as she looks at you noticing your a little pale but so far every day she sees you your just getting paler day by day. "[Fn] is everything ok you seem ill" Ava said as you look at her and she sees your eyes before you smile and stand up.

"Yeah just a little tired best go back to be...." you cut off as you fall to the ground and begin panting heavy as Ava worries. "[FN] [FN]" Ava shouts as she looks round the room before seeing a communication lacrima and floats it over to her before starting it up.

"Who can I contact I guess the master and Mirjane oh please let them pick up" Ava said as she tries to contact the master but no luck before trying Mirajane and managed to get through before telling her what had happened as she, Elfman and Lisanna rush over as quick as possible. As the 3 of them arrive they find you lying on the floor running a high fever before carrying you to the infirmary while Mirajane contacts the rest of the guild and fills them in and soon the whole guild was there.

"How is he Mira" Natsu asked as Juvia runs past him and up to the infirmary. "We managed to get his fever down but something is strange" Mirajane told them as Makarov, Natsu, Lucy, Erza, Gray and Wendy follow her up to the infirmary.

"Iisten everyone what your about to see is not pretty" Mirajane said as they walk into the room and as soon as Mirajane reached your bed lifts the blanket as Elfman lifts you up and shows them your back. "Oh my god" Lucy said as she held her hand over her mouth in horror as what they saw was your back covered in scars some small and some large before placing you back down and walking out the room but Juvia stays.

"Mira what was that" Gray said as everyone wanted to know. "Those wounds are from years of abuse most likely from being the only person unable to use magic" Mirajane says as they all look towards the door.

"But who would do that to [Fn]" Natsu says as everyone look at the floor as the mood fall. "Not sure but over time his body has been put through so much stress that eventually it just couldn't take it the fever most likely from all of the work he's doing" Mirajane said as Makarov walks forward.

"That's true he has been doing a lot for the guild helping with repairs to the guild hall, going on job requests not to mention helping out at the bar all that adds up" Makarov said as everyone looks at each other before heading back to the guild. Meanwhile Juvia was sat next to your bed watching you and holding your hand hoping you were going to be ok before feeling your hand close around hers.

"Hey Juvia is it morning" you say weakly as she wipes her tears away and smiles. "No but I'm glad your ok" Juvia says as you look up to the ceiling.

"I could hear everything I know that you and the others saw my back" you tell her as she nods. "In that case I need you to help me down stairs" you say as you begin to try and get out of bed.

"Hold on you should take it easy" Juvia said as she tries to stop you. After a couple of minutes Juvia gives in and supports you as the 2 of you begin walking to the main hall.

"Juvia listen once everyone is together I'm going to tell all of you about my past it's time you tell you all everything" you say as Juvia felt like she was going to hear something that would make her change how she feels about you. "I don't care about that because no matter what it won't change the fact that I love you" Juvia tells you as a smile breaks across your face before reaching the stairs.

*It's time* you thought as you and Juvia head down the stairs to join the other guild members and tell them about your past.
