My Freak (Bakugou x Reader)

Chapter 2. The Message

*Y/N POV*

Its been three months since the sludge incident in the town square and if i'm being honest? It was terrifying. I couldn't stop thinking about the large amount of attention that me, Izuku and Bakugou recieved.

Paparazzi swarmed the gates of my school (Soumei middle school) as I got in or left the buliding. Izuku has been telling me how it was the same for him at Aldera Junior as well. It was getting out of hand, people still labelled Izuku as stupid but he wasn't affected by it as for Bakugou...well he loved the attention as he labelled himself as "amazing." No one could be amazing if they acted horrendously like he did but I had good news!

I finally arrived to school...okay not good but today we would find out if we got into the schools we wanted to attend too!

"GOOD MORNING L/N!" Oh boy... here we go again. "Good morning Iida! How are you?" Tenya Iida, an intelligent boy I must say but DUDE HE'S SO BOSSY! Sure he was nice but his family are the 'Iidas,' A powerful line of family heroes; his brother was quite known and he looked up to his brother. I guess you could say it's cute.

"Y/n! Hey girl!" Momo Yaoyorozu,  a prestige student who was put into the official recommendations to become a pro hero by the school.

"Hey Momo..." I say, shyly. It's not that I hated her, she is so so SO sweet! It's just that... Well she's an amazing, intelligent and beautiful person with an amazing quirk!

I'm almost an outcast to my classmates as they all attended the school by how known and powerful their families were, living in the richest areas where I lived in the suburbs of Musatufu; A common area where average people lived. I earned my place at this prestige, private school by a scholarship.

"Yaoyorozu! NO SHOUTING!" Iida reminding Momo of the class rules...gosh he was basically a teacher in a students body.

"Oh Iida! Lighten up, I just wanted to know how many of you got into UA!" Momo exclaimed cheerfully as she dragged me too the board.

I almost forgot about applying to UA, it was my first choice as well as Izuku's. As we got to the corridor, the students were going crazy as they formed a crowd! I tried squeezing through to see if my application got accepted to the schools I had applied too.

"Well done L/n!" A fellow peer of mine smiled at me as curiosity devoured me whole...

I HAD TO KNOW WHAT SCHOOL I GOT INTO! "MOVE PLEASE!"

I pleaded as I barge through my peers, adding too the commotion. Finally I got to see where I was labelled on the damn board. "Hmm.. where's my name?!"

I questioned myself as I searched for my name, but my eyes widened immediately as I saw my name rejected from Shiketsu High... It hurt me alot to see the red on my name, my heart pained as students laughed under the breathes at me, judging my wealth and background...

"Of course they wouldn't accept a crazy broke bitch..." Seowoo snickered but out of nowhere, our homeroom sensei had arrived.

"Okay class, here is the UA ACCEPTANCE LIST!" This was my final chance. I mean...my hopes just plummeted from what I just saw...

"OH MY GOD! HOW IS SHE 1ST ON THE UA LIST?!"

Who? The suburb girl?" My head shot up as my eyes filled with light gleaming at the board as I couldn't believe from what I just saw.

As we left school early, I merged into the ground, using one of my quirks (light manipulation) to dash to Aldera to see Izuku at lightning speed.

'He's so going to be happy once he finds out we're going to the same school!'
