Y/N

I sighed starring outside of the frosted window. Although it was just sunny a few days ago, temperatures have dropped a tremendous amount. I don't understand the way this world works sometime. Don't get me wrong, I try to listen in Science but it's rather hard trying to keep up with the stack loads of homework the teacher gives me. Mr. Tsuchigomori is my current biology teacher and boy does he act sternly.

Currently I'm in math. I couldn't listen if it were to be the death of me. I don't understand a single thing. Algebra is the worst!

"Y/N?" My teacher asked slapping a ruler onto my notebook.

"Huh?" I asked, absolutely oblivious to what was going on.

"What is the formula of a sphere? Come on you learned this is Junior High!" She yelled slamming the ruler back down onto my notebook.

I let out a little squeak from surprise. "Uhhhhhh. . . It's gotta be: V= 4/3 pi r cubed. . ." She gave me a cold icy stare.

I laughed nervously in which she cocked a brow. "Correct." She said turning around and walking back towards the whiteboard.

'This girl-' I clicked my tongue in annoyance. Seriously, her attitude towards me isn't acceptable. Still annoyed, I looked over towards the clock. It's almost time for lunch. My favorite time.

I promised Hanako I'd come see him this lunch period. My excuse for not having lunch with Romani consisted of me telling her that I was retaking a test. As much as I hate lying, this is pretty mandatory.

I have made it my responsibility to annoy the heck out of Hanako. I want to make him smile. Kou can join as he pleases but it tis' I the great Y/N that's going to crack a snicker from his mouth. (I love you if you get my reference)

As soon as that bell rang, I cleaned up and ran as fast as I could into Hanako's bathroom. Oh dear Hanako, we shall be close friends.

"HANAKO!" I screeched happily. He turned around annoyed and yet happy as soon as he made eye contact with me.

I revealed my bento box and sat down onto the floor. Hanako manages to keep his bathroom pretty clean surprisingly. He sat next to me and softly smiled as I offered him some of my food. He accepted and I allowed him to take ahold of the chopsticks.

Before I could do any more, Kou slammed the door open and walked over to us angered.

"I hate math!" he grumbled. I laughed taking back the chop sticks from Hanako and offered Kou some of my sushi. His face turned red but pretty soon he accepted the fact that I got the goods and he nodded taking a bite.

"Good right?" I asked placing another into my mouth. He nodded, still chewing.

"So Hanako?" Kou asked. Hanako let out a soft hum in response. "What ever happened with you and your brother?" Kou asked taking a bite of rice into his mouth. "You have a brother?" I asked dropping my chopsticks.

"I'd rather not talk about it. . ." He said looking downwards. I shot a glare towards Kou before engulfing Hanako into a hug. He didn't say anything. As a few seconds passed he slowly did the same. "You don't have to say anything you don't want to." I whispered. He nodded hugging me tighter. "Thank you. . ." He sniffed.

Kou coughed glaring at the two of us. I shot him a glare. "Where's my hug?" he asked glaring back. I rolled my eyes giving him a 2 second hug before going back to eating.

Kou let out a satisfied huff and continued eating. "Hanako?" I asked. He hummed again. "Do ghosts have a digestive system?. . . Do they have bones?" I asked. Hanako let out a soft chuckle.

Ladies, gentlemen, and amazing beings, I did it! I stood up happy.

Kou averted his gaze away from me. Heck yeah!

"We don't, Y/N." He chuckled again. "Then where does the food that you eat go?" I asked looking back down to him. "Wouldn't you like to know? I'm kidding! It demolishes and doesn't go anywhere." He reassured me.

Kou sighed. Standing up. "I can't-" he said with the most confused look on his face.

"Wait, Kou!" I yelled.

Just then the bell rang.

"Fiddlesticks!" I cursed. Hanako waved goodbye to the two of us as we made our way out.

Together, Kou and I walked to our classes. "Y/N, there's something you need to find out sooner or later. Meet me after school and I'll tell you." Kou sighed.

I cocked an eyebrow and nodded.

"Okay. . ." I muttered confused.

"Bye."

"Bye."
