Kates POV
"W-what? Wait. What do y-you mean your moving?" I asked. I could feel the tears forming, but I held them in.
Ross was looking down at the ground. "Yeah. Were moving to California. Kate, im so sorry. I dont want to go."
"Will I ever see you again?" I said, barely a whisper. "Y-yeah. I think so." "What do you mean you think so?" I said. The tears were beginning to fall.
Ross pulled me in for a hug. Then I started to sob. "P-please R-ross. D-d-dont go. I I need you." I said, barely audible.
Just then Riker and Rocky came out from the house.
"She knows" Ross said.
We walked over to them and pulled them in for a group hug.
Then Delly appeared in the doorway. It was obvious shed been crying.
I hugged her tightly and asked, "When a-are you leaving?" Delly said" In a week."
I nodded and looked down at the ground, my tears drying.
I just couldn't belive that this was happening. They'd been my best friends for as long as I can remember. I didnt want them to leave me... Not now... Not ever...
