After the baffling event in the library, Jonathan was left to stew in the uncomfortable feeling of having kissed another man.

Homophobia was unacceptable, In both his fathers eyes and the law. It would bring great shame on the Joestar name, This Jonathan would avoid at any cost. So it was best to leave Dio alone.

However jojo knew he couldn't simply stay clear of his adopted brother, The blonde had an uncanny ability to find him when he needn't want company.

Jonathan huffed, Racking his brain in an effort to find any plausible solution. It quickly heralded results, His voice shouting a victorious "A-Ha!"

He just had to leave the house, Meet with Erina and confess his undying love. Surely when Dio knew about their relationship he would abstain from any affection.

Jojo smiled, His mood perking up. Cheeks scarlett as he made his descent down to the ground floor and out the front door.

Dio lazed on the hard, cool floor of the joestar library. His dirty, blonde hair a mess as it spread in every direction, His amber orbs taking in the expansive ceiling.

He slowly moved a finger to his lips, Feeling the slight tingle still lingering within them. The warmth jojo exhaled from his lungs still felt in his own breath.

His heart felt warm, Much like his breath. It beating with ferocious intensity, Ordering dio to chase after the beaming boy.

Dio ground his teeth in annoyance, He only wished to tease and toy with jojo, Not develop any kind of attraction. In a split second the revelation sent shockwaves through his body, Along with a piercing pain deep within his chest.

He squeezed his eyes shut, Cursing into the air as he pounded his fist into the floor with all the rage he could muster.

His knuckles now red, swollen and bruised, Ached in pain. It gushing through his whole hand. A few droplets of blood found the floor, His fingers having barely endured the thrashing.

"Damn you jojo!" He sniffled, Holding in the sobs of misery "How dare you make me feel this... This atrocious pain!"

After half an hour of sobbing, bawling and angrily ripping apart hundreds of irreplaceable books, Dio finally got the strength to wipe his eyes with the sleeve of his shirt and focus on his next irrefutable task.

Ruining Jonathans love life.

Jonathan joestar happily strolled down the path he usually took when jogging of a morning. The ever so slight, summer breeze in the air ruffling his tufts of sapphire hair.

The path he took was one that led to the river where he and erina first met, It was made of gravel and dirt. Not at all designed for the leather loafers jojo was currently wearing, But he didn't let this sour his mood.

On his way he noticed a pair of birds nesting in one of the willow trees and immediately stopped to take in the wonderful sight. The parents, Jojo recognized as common house sparrows fed their four ravenous, tweeting chicks. All of them chirping and fluttering, Filling the air with sounds of life.

Jonathan smiled at the heart warming scene, His cerulean orbs twinkling in quiet joy.

After his brief bird watching break, He refocused on the task at hand. All the more excited about meeting his potential sweetheart.

Unbeknownst to Jojo, Dio had stalked him the entire way and had no intention of turning tail and retreating in defeat.

Dios hardened gaze was entirely focused on the shifting shoulder blades of his brother, Watching his every movement as he darted between the thick brush and numerous tall trees.

In minutes they arrived at the river, Dio still uncomfortably huddled in the safety of the bush as he kept his narrowed, golden orbs strictly trained on the joestar.

Jonathan scanned his surroundings, Looking around for the beautiful, dainty girl. Luckily jojos keen eyesight zoomed in on her some distance away, Sitting underneath the rough bark of a pine tree.

"Erina-- Erina!" Jojo called out, His voice loud and exuberant like that of an amused toddler.

The woman alarmed by the sudden shouting, Shot up to her feet in a second. Her pure, sky-blue eyes filling with terror.

Erina found the figure of the joestar boy she had been crushing on for months, Her vision immediately softening and her heart beginning to fill with happiness.

"Jonathan!" She replied, Equally as ecstatic as she grabbed the front of her long dress to avoid tripping and bowled toward him.

Jojo laughed as he caught her, Twirling the weightless, blonde girl in his arms. Her frilly, Spring dress flowing in the wind.

Dio almost vomited, Feeling bile crawl up the back of his throat out of sheer disgust. All of it was wretched, Both the sickly, sweet apperance of the woman and the extremely, boisterous howl coming from Jonathan.

As they slowed, Jojo loosened his hold on her waist as she gracefully landed on her two feet.

"Jonathan joestar! It's been too long!" She stated, Dabbing at the joyous tears welling at her eyes.

Jojo chuckled, Straightening his slouching posture and rubbing the back of his neck in an aloof manner.

"I have been confined to my room, I apologize for not being able to attend our scheduled picnic last weekend.." His voice faltered somewhat, Failing to express the extent of his saddened emotions.

"It was really not that important Jonathan, We can always plan another" She chimed, Her long, straight blonde hair bellowing around her curvy hips.

"Perhaps not.." He reluctantly smiled, Shaking away the emotional memory.

The warm, gracious smile that Erina then gave him made his heart flutter and his mind suddenly recall his rather formal decleration of love.

"E-Erina the reason why i am here.. I want to ask you something. It-it's very important" Jonathan stammered, A deep crimson blush spreading from ear to ear.

The blonde woman nodded, Her face shifting to accommodate the seriousness she felt in the air around them.

"I-I Like you... Very, very much!" Jojo watched her reaction with baited breath, Waiting for any sign that she wouldn't reciprocate and refuse his advances.

However, She began crying, Much to the joestars outward confusion and distress.

"Erina! Did i say something wrong?" Jonathan began to fret, His eyes nearly filling with his own batch of tears.

"No! I'm happy. I'm so happy!" She announced, Sobbing as she hurried to wipe the big, globs of salty liquid rolling down her plump cheeks.

Jojo swooped her up into a bear hug, Erina welcoming it as she buried her face into his shoulder. Staining his vest with her tears. Though jonathan couldn't bring himself to care, His elation far too high to be brought down by something so trivial.

Dio began trembling in anger, Something feral rising and falling deep within his chest with every shaky breath. It was almost terrifying how weak it left his body and how the sockets underneath his eyes dampened.

And before he knew it... He was crying. In anger, frustration, envy, Dio didn't really care what. He only knew that with every caress of Jojos fingers on her frail body, He wanted to rip out her throat and watch her bleed.

But he would wait, Bide his time and play his cards right and then before long she would be gone and Jonathan joestar would be his.
