her Deceived heart [ Completed ]

Yusuf's POV :
                         There ummi (mom) sat on her knees broken-down in tears as I run towards her holding her she sobs extreme pain evident in her cries. I sit there relaxing her by holding her to my chest . She stops crying & looks at me in my eyes that were now hurt. I ask her " ummi? What did Ghaffar do, why are you in so pain? ". As her eyes travel down in fear. She speaks in a cracked voice " Yusuf.....my son.... Ghaffar..... isn't...what ....he seems to...be ". I ask confused " what are you saying? Ummi ". She stares at me with fear lacing her words as she speaks " Yusuf...Ghaffar.. has...threatened me... That he will....kill...you &...Hamaad... if I...tell you the..truth ". I ask her " which truth Ummi...no one will hurt us..just say it ". After a quite time she opens up " Yusuf....Ghaffar....is an ...evil...man , he is...malificient.." . She continues " last night, I heard him confess about his dark sins, how he craved power and empire so.... He killed the wife of Kareem and ... violated there..peace intentionally ". She muffles her cries as she speaks the next words " Ghaffar...... Ghaffar....killed......your dad". I couldn't believe her words. I reply " what!?" . I start getting up suddenly when mum holds my hand and says " Yusuf.....he is..way..too dark for you...to defeat him" " you..need..to think first! ". She gets up and brings one letter and hands me the letter with shaky hands. I give her a questioning look as I read through the letter. Its written by dad . The letter says :
             
              "  Hamaad & Yusuf , the life you live for isn't what it truly is , this royalty , love , family is nothing when it comes to a heart that has conspiracy, greed , and hunger for power. We dont know when life twists our dreams and happiness into darkness. So, be the light for those who you love . Ghaffar is the black sheep of this family, I have seen the hunger of power in his eyes , you need to be the shield against his evil doings, I hope its not too late until you truly understand ,
                                                            " Let kindness rule over bitterness _ "

Tears roll down my eyes as I read the last lines of the letter. Now I had one motive & that is safety and justice for my family .
