Palwasha's POV :
Its almost dawn when Jannah & Aunt Habiba help me get ready for the huge day of my life today . I am officially entering the stage of life when im no longer a sister , daughter but now also a wife . *Sighs** . As I stare down wearing the white gown & Jannah helps me sit down on the dressing chair as she applies make up on my face . I sit quietly when Jannah announces " Im done " and a gasp leaves her mouth as she says " mashallah " and wipes a fake tear . I stare back at myself in the mirror bought by Jannah as I shake my disbelievingly . The person standing before me so , different . I stand staring at the mirror when Aunt Habiba enters the room as she freezes in her steps and tears start spilling her eyes. She walks up to me and croaks " My baby , Palwasha you look so mesmerisingly beautifull Mashallah ! " As she kisses my forehead . I stand nervousness taking over my entire self . Aunt Habiba wipes her tears as she stares at me with love . Before any of us speak in comes Tahoor . She stops at the entrance as she stares at me with love mumbling " Mashallah! " a lone tear escapes her eyes as she lightly hugs me . Aunt Habiba holds my hands as Tahoor speaks " The Maulvi has arrived " As the all the women put the scarfs on their head. In some minutes Jannah covers my face by the net cloth as she leads me to the room where the Men waited . Aunt Habiba holds my hand as Jannah hold my long dress as we reach the room . Aunt Habiba knockqs s on the door when Waleed Lala opens the door and helps me sit on the place next to Agha Jan . I sense Lala sit beside me as he asks Agha Jan " shall we? " , Agha Jan replies " yes " . The Maulvi starts with the vows as he asks " Do you accept ? " . I feel Agha Jan's hands tighten on my hands as I make eye contact with Agha Jan . I see him nod his head as I find Lala's eyes as I scrunch my eyebrows as a tear escapes my eyes when Lala whispers " Go on baby girl? " And holds my other hand . After building my voice I whisper " I....agree " the Maulvi asks 2 more times as on the last " do you agree ? " I look at my laps as I whisper " I agree " . Everyone stands as they congratulate . The maulvi exits after making a small prayer of the new beginning of a new start . Lala leads him out . I stand up as Agha Jan holds my hand . He puts the veil behind as he stares at me adoration in his eyes as he pulls me in his chest whispering " congratulations kiddo ! " " May you see all the awaiting happiness , Ameen " as he breaks the hug placing a hand on my head " stay happy kiddo " I smile as a tear leaves my eye . Jannah & Aunt Habiba rush to embrace me while wiping tears off . Then Lala walks up to me as he wipes the tears welling up in his dark charcoal eyes . As he gives a bright warm smile and engulfs me in his arms . He holds me as I say " Lala? I.....I.....am scared " . He chuckles as he kisses my forehead speaking " baby girl , dont be scared you are Lala's kiddo , Yusuf won't ever think of something hurtfull as long as I'm alive " as he holds my hand saying " smile , my baby girl " . He asks while holding my hands " you ready to go? " As Jannah runs infront of us and puts my veil on. And whispers " ready ! " I see the smile stretched on Lala's face as he says " ok, lets go " .
