Yusuf's POV :
I watch Palwasha giggling at my mischievousness making my lips twitch into a smile . When suddenly a voice makes us walk downstairs " Yusuf ! " Already knowing what was it all about . As I come in view with ummi ( Mom ) sitting across the sofa's in the lounge with a stern expression. I casually go take a seat next to her and ask " yeah ? " When she she glares at me whilst trying to be angry at me as she questions " what happened to Khalid, did you pull up a new prank on him ? " . I answer with fake innocence plastering my face " No ummi , I was on the roof top , I didn't even know where he was " when Mama asks Palwasha standing behind my sofa " palwasha is he stating the truth ? " . And before Palwasha gets to answer Khalid enters the lounge glaring at me . " Come sit Khalid wanna have tea ? " Khalid breaks the eye war with me & smiles replying " yeah ofcourse Mama Isra why ask , your son Khalid the mighty prince should be treated with royalty " . I catch the pillow behind me as I throw it targeting his face saying " take the royalty you donkey! " but he catches it a centimetre away from his face . Ummi's expressions soften as she laughs saying " Drama king " shaking her head . As Ummi jestures Palwasha to come sit and they both indulge in some discussions while Khalid casually jumps in with his jokes . I watch them talking when Khalid eyes me and a smirk falls on my lips . He visibly eyerolls out of annoyance & asks " Mama Isra , Palwasha , Yusuf " I am deciding to have a family time in the desserts , what do yall think ? " . Ummi replies " not bad you kids go I'm gonna rest here " . When Khalid says " whyyyyy! Come with us we'll have fun ". Ummi pats his head saying " next time , maybe " making Khalid nod . We all drink tea while discussing for the desert camping .
