Chapter 1

Crystal's P.O.V

"CRYSTAL WAKE UP!"

"What the hell was that for madison?" I said sleepily. "The party is today and i want you to get off your lazy ass and get up." I groaned and stuffed my pillow in my face.My best friend Madison said.

Madison has been my best friend since 1 grade. We always had sleepovers, hung out 24/7. We did everything together. A couple months ago we decide to move in together. Because i started get lonley since my mom is in the mental hospital for drug and substance abuse. And my dad passed away when i was 11, since then my mom has been doing drugs because she's been depressed ever since my dad died. Then when i was 16 i moved and decided to live in an apartment. And then madison moved in a year later and i couldn't be happier. Anyways, Madison has been bugging me this whole week about this big party her crush tyler is throwing. i honestly didnt want to go. I just wanted to stay home and watch netflix all day.

"Why do i have to go?" I said, sighing and getting up. "I don't want to go alone, i might act like an idiot around tyler" Madison said with a pouty face. I rolled my eyes and scoffed "Fine, just don't leave me by myself". "YAY!" Madison hugged me and said "thank you". "Yeah, yeah, yeah" i said letting go of her.

I walked towards the bathroom. I went inside, i took a towel and poked my head out. "Go take a shower in the other room" and i threw the towel in her face. "Okay". She said and walked out.

I closed the door and stripped myself out of my pajamas. I stepped in the shower. After a while i turned off the water and stepped out. I dried myself off and walked out of the bathroom. And checked the time, it was 4:30pm already? I must have slept for long time.

I went in the other room and saw madison walking out with a towel wrapped around her hair and body. "I already have the perfect outfits for the party!" She clapped happily. I went over to the bed and saw two dresses one was a black dress that looked like it went to mid-thigh, it had straps and the waist was open like a crop top but in the middle of the dress it was connecting with the top half in a hour glass like shape. The other was bright red. It also seemed like it went to mid-thigh. It was strapless and it had a golden belt.

I looked at the two dresses in awe. "The black one is yours" she said snapping me back into reality. "Now go get changed" she said handing me the dress and pushing me out of her room. "Okay, okay geez". When i was walking down the hall i heard her yell "After you put the dress on come back so i can do your hair and make-up". I yelled back "okay!"

I walked into my room and closed the door. I went over to my dresser and grabbed a pair of black laced bra and panties. I took off my towel put them on. I walked over to my bed and grabbed the dress. I just stared at it. "Wow, Madison sure has the best fashion sense". I slipped into the dress which fit my tiny frame perfectly. I looked in the mirror and it looked beautiful. I turned to the side and just admired the dress. Guys would say sexy. Many guys called me 'hot' and 'sexy' in high school but i never considered my self hot at all. I looked away from the mirror and sighed, i walked out of my room. And started heading to Madisons room.

I knocked. "Come in!". I heard her say. I opened the door, and my jaw instantly dropped and my eyes were probably big a golf balls. She looked stunning! The dress fit her perfectly her long brunette curled hair fell down to her waist. She had smokey eye with red lip stick.

"OH MY GOSH! You look amazing". "Thanks, now sit down and let me work my magic" she giggled. I sat down and she started straightening my long brunette hair which i dip dyed 1 month ago.

She started doing my makeup. She did winged eyeliner then put on mascara which i didnt really put on since my eyelashes are already long. Then she applyed nude lipstick. "DONE". She turned me so i can face the mirror.

I let out a small gasp. I didnt even reconize myself. The makeup went perfectly with my dress. "Thank you so much Madison!" I gave her a hug. "No problem crystal, now go get your heels i'll be in the car waiting". She said and then walked out i rushed over to my room and grabbed my black heels and ran down stairs carefully with the heels in my hand. "Shit". I forgot my black purse. I ran back up stairs and grabbed it. I rushed to the car and locked the apartment door behind me. I opened the car door and closed it. "What took you so long?" She said. "I forgot my purse". She made an 'o' with her mouth. She started the car and started driving to the party. I've never really been to many partys. So you could say im pretty nervous.

We were pulling up on the driveway and i could already hear the loud music. "Were here" she cheered. I put my heels on and grabbed my purse. I got out of the car. And instantly the smell of alchol filled my nose there were red cups everywhere and people making out on the lawn. This is gonna be a long night.

Once we walked in i wanted to throw up because of the smell. "Madison do we really need to be here" i whined. "Yes now have some fun!". "Okay just don't-" i looked over to my right and i didnt see Madison. "leave me" i muttered. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a sprite. Ugh , i have to find Madison now
I hope she doesnt cause any trouble.

( 3 hours later )

Where is she?!? Looked all over this house. Not to mention i walked in on people making out, going through sweaty bodys, walking in on someone passed out in the bathroom. I felt like i was going to run out of air because of the strong smell of alcohol. I walked into the living room and pushed passed all the sweaty bodys. Until i finally found the door. I walked out, and inhaled the air. Oh when i find Madison shes going to get a talking from me. I still saw her car but maybe tyler drove her home. I wanted to go home but i didnt have the keys to her car. Damn it. I decided to walk home since its only a 20 minutes away from our apartment.

I held my heels in my hand and my purse in the other. I was pretty close to the house but i wanted to get there faster so i went through the alley way. I was about half way through the alley when i heard something. I turned around and saw a dark figure approaching me. I froze and i saw it was walking towards me i turned around and began walking fast. I heard the person walking faster. I turned around and saw they started running. I started running , when i suddenly got pinned to the wall. And i let out a cry of pain.

I looked up and saw a boy around, my age with blond hair that was put up neatly in a quiff, he had a lip piercing, and he was very tall and had a good body. But there's one thing I noticed that stood out. He had piercing red eyes, and there was something sharp poking out of his lips. I was about to scream when he covered my mouth.

"Don't scream it won't take long". "Stop! Stop! Let go of me!" I was thrashing around in his grip , there were tears streaming down my face. "Stay still or i wont be gentle" he said with his husky voice. I could tell he wasn't from here because he had a accent. If he wasn't about to kill me he would actually look cute but noo. He put his face in the crook of my neck. More tears streamed down my face. "Please dont" i whispered. "I have to" he mumbled. He started kissing my neck then i felt something sharp against my neck. "Im sorry" he said. I was confused "what-" but then i felt something stab into my neck. I let out a loud gasp. I started screaming and thrashing. I started feeling dizzy. I was about black out but i heard him say "im sorry i had to do this, but now your mine, forever".

Then i fell into his arms and blacked out.
