{3} When He Comes Over

[Ugh, Minato :( dude breaks my heart, cause he ain't my hubby.]

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"Ah! Coming!" I ran over to the door and opened it, and there stood the very handsome, Minato Namikaze.

"Hey." Minato greeted, happily.

I gave him a small smile, "hi." I replied.

He grins, "I brought food! I hope you don't mind I just brought pizza... I didn't know what you liked so both pizzas are (favorite topping)..." He muttered and showed me the boxes of pizza.

"Well, coincidentally, that's my favorite topping," I told him.

"Really?!" He said, shocked.

I giggled and nodded, "well come in. We can hang out in the living room." I told him and stepped aside, so he can come in.

Minato walks inside.

"Um, you can set the pizzas in the kitchen," I told him, as I closed the door.

He nodded and walked to the kitchen. I hummed and followed him. When I walked into the kitchen I went to the pantry, grabbing the plastic plates, and walked over to Minato, who opened one box.

"They are fresh," I said and looked at the steam coming from the pizzas.

He looks at me and smiles. "Yeah! I ordered them online and when I picked them up, they were fresh." He said.

"Oh, awesome." I smiled and handed him a plate. "So, how are you? And, Naruto?" I asked, and grabbed my own plate, and walked over to the stack of boxes of pizza.

"We're good. Today, I dropped him over at his mother's house." He said and opened a box. "And, once I showed up, Kushina just was so happy to see Naruto, but when she saw me, she frowned and started fussing at me for bringing Naruto over so late." He sighed and shook his head.

"But, she's always shouting. And, I'm used to it, I didn't have an issue with it." He continued, grabbing two slices and then moved out of the way. "But, how are you? How is work going?" He asked.

I grabbed two slices and smiled slightly.

"Well... Your friend talked to me, and they wanted to see what I can do. I showed them, and they were impressed and hired me to do some web design for them. And, they liked what I did and actually paid more than I asked for." I told him and chuckled softly.

He smiled brightly. "That's good! Did he say anything else?" He asked.

"Oh well... He said he'll refer me to other people. But, then after that, he wanted to get to know me more and asked if I wanted to grab something to eat." I said.

"Wait what? So, he basically asked you on a date?" Minato asked he sounded shocked.

I nodded. "Yeah... But, I wasn't really interested... I'm kinda interested in someone right now. But, I'm trying to get to know him more, before I know I actually like him." I said and felt my cheeks heat up from the thought.

"So you like someone?" He asked.

I laughed softly and shrugged. "I think it's a little crush."

"Oh."

I smiled at him and walked over to the living room and sat down on the couch, Minato sat down next to me. I turned the TV on and put on Netflix.

"Anything you want to watch?" I asked.

He hummed and shook his head. "Hm? How about Stuart Little? I heard it was on Netflix." He said.

"Ha, I didn't know you would watch Stuart Little." I smiled and put on the first Stuart Little movie.
