Chapter 4- I Have to Throw a Ball

And then she was blushing I was blushing and she was flustered and I was flustered. Basically, I was a mess. But because I was lacking food my mood was complexly off and I wasn't myself. 

I mean as you know if I dont have food, Ill be cranky. But sometimes when I over used my power, I get prideful and cocky, kind of like Kacchan. Well, I've been told I yell less than Kacchan. Todoroki says when I get like that, "it's more of an air about you,"  and Iida states that I "radiate confidence." 

Oh I also forgot to say that the exam was over sorry about that!

So yeah, I was a blustering idiot, but not externally. 

I realized I asked her a question and she didn't respond. I kept my voice in a low octave, because of my quirks side affect, and asked again if share was ok. 

"Y-yeah. Thank you for healing my ankle M-midoriya."

"Yeah no problem!" Said placing her down. Once again that day I really realized how much taller I was compared to her. 

"I'm going to check on the injured and see if I can help," I stated. But I remember those words coming out more like a command, rather than an excuse to escape saying anything stupid. 

As I was rushing off, I was stopped by a small... grandma?

 Well I didn't realize it before, but there was a small gathering of students staring at me. They whispered about the lady being the recovery hero: Recovery Girl. 

Me, still 'radiating confidence'(Iida's words not mine), I walked over to the old woman and shrunk to my normal height... but I kept the muscles ;P, and asked if I could help with the healing. 

She gratefully accepted and I walked with the older woman away from the group of people who were still staring at me. I smirked at them and as I walked with Recovery Girl, I swayed my hips a little more that I normally would have.

I ripped and tore at the yellow envelope until a disk and papers flew everywhere. The disk activated and a hologram started up. And none other than All Might was there, saying how I got into U.A. 

Tears

So many tears fell from my eyes. I was so relived! I was being somewhat of an idiot during most of the exam and I wasn't even counting the points I was building up. 

All Might explained something about villain points and how I got only 39. I was tied with a kid named Eijiro Kirishima, while Kacchan was number 1. No surprise there. But then All Might continued to explain another point system at play called rescue points. Some how I got 70 resume points. Putting me 109 points. 

And I straight up fainted.

Later I figured that Kacchan still came in second even thought he lacked rescue points. And the boy I tied with got second place! (A/N Uraraka did offer her points to Izuku but he didn't need them)

And faster than Tenya Iida himself, my first day of U.A. arrived. "Oh my gods holy guacamole Jesus Christ, what if a bunch of hot people are in my class," I frantically though. I know, very mature of me. I continued my train of thoughts, none the less, and thought, "kacchan was going to be there, and I bet there were going to be some super hot guys and girls. Maybe..." and I slammed into the outside gates of U.A. with a loud thwack noise. 

So embarrassing!! The first time I walk on UA territory as a UA student and I mess it up!

I internally decided that I better look like I belong. Since after that thwack, I thought I would look more dignified, or at least it would help me get past the fact that I'm a bumbling idiot. So of course I 'buffed up' and added a couple inches (or whatever unit you want) to my height. I also, which is even more embarrassing,  gave myself more of a jaw line. I didn't want anyone to pick on me on the first day like Kacchan did. 

So with my quick glow up, I now head into the school's gates, and then the huge 1-A door frame. I prayed that I might have someone in this class who I could be friends with. Of course I open the door to the hot guy with blue hair yelling at my childhood crush. 

I quickly looked down and avoided eye contact with Kacchan. See for the 6 months I was training, Kacchan didn't try and talk to me. Or at least I had been too busy to even get verbally beat up by him. Which was really weird. 

With those thoughts in my mind I tried to keep my head down and hurried over to a seat behind Kacchan. All while still trying to avionics eye contact with anyone. 

Unknowingly I was showing off my quirk as I shrieked a little bit as my freckles glowed, calling everyone's eyes to land on yours-truly. 

As I was about to sit down when Uraraka came up to me. "Hiya! I'm sorry that you had to save me during the entrance exams... Izuzku Midoriya right?" She asked with a slight tint of red on her cheeks. "Um yeah! Your Ura..." 

"IM SORRY! I DID NOT SEE PAST THE EXAMS. YOU ARE SUPERIOR TO ME..."

I cut the, still taller than me, blue haired sonic off with, "don't worry about it" I have no clue what he is talking about 'see past the exams' all I wanted was food! But no one in this class had to know my embarrassing secret just yet. 

"Hi I'm Izuku Midoriya" I held my hand out to a confused and still ridged man in front of me. "I'm Tenya Iida. It is wonderful to meet you I hope we can be good friends!" He said with a little blush on his face, to mirror Uraraka's own. 

"If your here to make friends get out now," a slug from across the room and near the door stated. 

"Ill be your teacher, Shota Aizawa," the black haired individual grumbled. " Put on these uniforms. We will go outside for a test." He turned and walked... slugged? Away. 

Shock rippled across my fellow peers as the reality hit us. We all got changed individually. But then I realized, as I was walking out of the changing room, that I didn't completely fill out the uniform. So for the third time that day, I changed my height. And for the second time everyone was staring at me and my glowing freckles. 

"Damned things," I said under my breath. A kid with yellow hair and a lighting bolt was about to approach me, buuuuut I got nervous and ran off and out of the locker rooms into open area. 

I stayed quiet with my head down, looking at my thumbs twirling around each other until Aizawa started talking. 

"Midoriya you got the highest score on the entrance exams. Do you know how far you could throw a ball without your quirk?"

"U-umm",  I shuddered, "around 45 feet (1 school bus)? I think, I really dont..."

"Perfect, why dont you stand in the circle and throw the ball... using your quirk."

I did as the scary slug man commanded and got into the circle, "the only rule is that my feet can't leave the circle right? And that the ball can't touch the ground?"

"Yeah? You have to stay in the circle and the ball cant touch the ground" Aizawa started the rules and my brain started to come up with a plan"

"anyone have a knife?" To that everyone was confused, even the teacher looked lost 'I know I've seen him somewhere... whatever think Izuku knife!' 

Apparently Aizawa had a knife. He skeptically looked at me as I took the long blade in my hand and then proceeded to cut my other hand off. 

Sorry for the bit of a cliff hanger... I just didn't want to put a crazy amount of content in this one and not enough in the next. Hope you still dont hate me >w<  (1328 words)
