Me and Zuri wake up. "I love you Zuri" I say kissing her. "I love you too Kion" she says as she kisses me back.
We go downstairs and eat breakfast. "So what did you two do yesterday" Kiara says behind me. I turn around to see the rest of my family and friends except Beshte, Ono and Bunga.
"Do you want to go ahead and tell them Kion?" Zuri asks me. "Might as well, there gonna find out sooner or later." I say. "Tell us what son?" Nala said interested.
"This" Zuri says, moving her hand to reveal a ring. "You proposed?" Kiara asked excitedly. "No I just gave Zuri a diamond ring in a black box." I say as I grin "yes I proposed to her" I added. "What did she say" Tiifu said. "What do you think" I say getting angry. "Hey calm down Kion" Zuri says as she kisses my cheek. "Sorry and she said yes" I say.
"Congrats man" Kovu says. "Yeah, yeah I'm just glad she said yes" I say. Yay! "I'm so happy for you Zuri" Rani and Vitani said in unison. "Yeah Zuri" Fuli says. Uh-huh Jasiri adds.
"Kion, Kion you good?" Simba asks me. "Oh, yeah dad just thinking" I say half heartedly. "About what" My father says intrigued. "A. song" I reply. "Can you sing it" Brittany asked. "Maybe later" I say.
"Come on sing it" Zuri says staring in my eyes. "Not right now Zuri" I reply. "Please sing it Kion." She said laying her head on my shoulder. "Not now Zuri." I say kissing her head. "Okay" she says with a frown. I get up and walk to the door. "Where you going" Kiara questioned me. "Beach" I answer. "Can we come" Jasiri says. "sure" I state.
We go to the beach and I go to the water. Me, Kovu, Malka and Leon start splashing water at each other. "Hey Kion how far do you bet you can swim." Malka asked. "About 100 feet." I respond. "Stop lying Kion" Leon says. "Yeah you can't swim that far" Kovu added doubtfully. "Just watch me" I say proudly.
I swim about 75 feet then I see a fin on the top of the water. What the hell is tha- i say before getting dragged down by the shark. I start punching the shark until it's let's go and I try to swim back.
"What's that Kovu" asked Malka pointing to the crimson red spot in the water. "Looks like blood" Leon said. "Kion was in that area." Malka stated worried.
The shark clamped it's teeth back on my leg and I scream in pain but it's muffled by the water. I come back to the surface and Kovu spots me and sees the shark. I see him and motion for him to get on land and everyone else in the water.
They get on land and Zuri looks worried. "Where's kion?" Zuri asked. "I'm sorry Zuri" Leon says sadly. "Where's kion!" "Zuri there was a shark and he was dragged underwater" Malka said. "He's not dead is he?" Kiara said. "I don't know" Kovu replied. Zuri and Kiara start to cry.
I'm still swimming when the shark lets go and starts to follow me. "Fuck, fuck, fuck I'm dead" was all that I could think to say. I got near the shore when the shark tried to bite me but I grabbed his mouth and started trying to break his jaw. I succeeded. I then walked on land and fell, the shark got washed up beside because of the tide. "Ahhh, damn this fucking ocean" I say looking at the bull shark.
"Kion?" Zuri said. "Kion!" she yells as she runs towards me. The rest of them follow Zuri. "What happened to you Kion" Kiara said as Malka and Leon helped me up. "A. motherfucking bull shark that's what."
Kovu calls 911 and they arrive. "Let's take a look at that leg" the paramedic says. "Ahh f-fuck" I say as he moves the shirt from my leg.

"He did tore your leg up didn't he." He said. "Yeah, yeah just fucking help me damn it" I say. "I'll need to take you to the hospital." he responded.
At the hospital
Some doctors come in my room and put stitches on my leg and a piece of metal plating and I can leave. So Kovu drives us home and I go upstairs.
Home
My mom and dad walk up to my room and open the door and see me laying there with Zuri siting next to me. "What happened Kion?" my mother said worried. "Bull shark" I respond. "Bet you showed it who's boss didn't you kion" my dad said grinning. "Yeah no kidding I killed the damn thing." I respond grinning as well.
"Well as long as your okay Kion" my mother said. They then leave. "So about that song Zuri" I say. "I can wait until you get better" she says kissing me. "Okay" I say still dying on the inside from what the shark did.
