I don't know when it happened, but I'm freaking out about it now.

Shane was telling me all about the new girl he was dating and for some reason I was livid. Antonella was apparently a friend he'd known for quite some time but the status of their relationship had obviously changed. I sat back in the pillows of my bed as I was doing my homework and listening to him speak through the phone. It was another video call, as usual, and because he had visual of me, I needed to control my reactions to the things he was saying.

"So, tell me about her. How did this whole thing happen?" I muttered.

"Well, we were at the skate park, and I was fixing her board as usual since she always finds a way to do the most damaging trick out there. About a month ago, she came up to me and said 'Hey wanna go out?', and I said 'sure'. We've been dating ever since." he explained.

I bit the inside of my bottom lip as I focused entirely on the information I was transfering onto my paper from my text book. A month, an entire month and he hadn't uttered a word. Tsk, hell of a friend he was. This man had pledged his loyalty to me as my pet, promised to obey and never deny my wishes. When had he asked me if he could date?

"That's nice, I hope you're happy with her." Why did the words feel empty?

"I guess you could say that, she's cool to hang out with and we don't really do much."

"Poor Shane, hasn't even gotten a kiss out of his own girlfriend." my voice was laced with nonchalance and slight sweetness. I had a small, faint smirk as I was finishing up the second page of my notes for my homework.

"Actually we've kissed a few times, she's great at giving head too but that's another story." he mentioned with amusement coating the words.

That wiped the smirk clear off my face, and I could feel my anger growing. He was mine. The thought disturbed me and I couldn't help but feel bad about it. He said he was mine, so why hadn't he told me? I wouldn't have cared, I just wanted to see if she was good enough for my Shane.

"Tsk sounds like a great relationship. Hope it lasts." the malice made me flinch. What was up with me? Why couldn't I be civil?

"Thanks Ry, It's nice to know you like her." he murmered.

My hand paused in it's fervent action of writing and I calmly asked the question that had my heart feeling unusually heavy.

"Why didn't you tell me you were dating someone Shane? Your master doesn't like secrets."

"I didn't think it was important, and it's not like i'm serious about it. We're just having fun." this made me feel no better. If he hadn't introduced me to her by now, then she was unfit for him.

"Break up with her." I began reading over the last of my notes until he began to speak.

"Why? Are you jealous?" I scoffed at the idea.

"Break up with her, and not another word on the subject pup." I let the natural commanding tone of my voice lace the words and proceeded to write more in my notebook. He was being very testing of me lately, and I don't have the time to deal with his disobedience and punish him. He's a big boy, and I will not baby him.

"Yes Master"
