Ch.3

*Luke's POV*
" kids get down here dinner is ready!" My mom called out. We all ran down the stairs and into the kitchen. Well except for Ash and Madi since they didn't know where the kitchen is. I couldn't help but chuckle it was adorable. My cellphone vibrated. Another text from Kris, I told her I was going to be busy this week. But she just doesn't understand I was trying to get everything ready for Ash and Madi but I didn't tell her that. She could find out in two days when they go to school with me.
I walked into the kitchen as My sisters followed me.
We all sat down to eat in out round table in the following order Madi,Jack,mom,Ben,Ash. Myself and dad.
*Ash's POV*
Madi and I automatically started eating. It's been like a million years since we had a home cooked meal.
" So, girls." Liz spoke up causing me to stop eating like I've never had eaten food before and smile. I noticed madi giggling and I rolled my eyes.
" I just wanted to tell you both that you two will be attending high school with Luke on Monday. So tomorrow we can go shopping as one of you're brothers have already told you." She stated with a smile on her face. Madi and I nodded and smiled.
" that sounds amazing ." Madi said so happily and I smiled. I was never a very social person so this will be like going through hell.

*Madi's POV*
I know for a fact Ash is not happy about this whole school thing at all since she was never very social at the orphanage nor did she have the temper to deal with people.
I could tell she was just eating, she had no facial expression what's so ever. I noticed Luke's cellphone go off.
" um..excuse me " he stated as he got out of his seat and went upstairs.
" I'm finished can I please be excused so I can go to my room? " ash asked quietly as Liz and Andrew smiled and nodded. Once she started walking up the stairs I knew something was wrong.
" I'm sorry but my sister needs me" I state as I stood up from my seat and followed her. She was in her room which was right across Luke's room. She was laying on her bed staring at the ceiling, she was so quiet...not the fun loud sister I love.
" what if they don't like me.." She whispered. I say down next to her.
" you're the funniest and nicest person I know people will like you I promise." I smiled as I poke her stomach . Ash laugh and sat up before hugging me .
" thank you for always being here for me Madi." She said as she hugged me tighter.
" uh...ash a little too tight...can't...breath..." I breath out. She laughed.
" LOOK KRIS IVE BEEN BUSY OKAY WHY CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT!" Like yelled in his room.
" he's on his cellphone" ash states as she sat against her door trying to hear what was going on.
" look kris ok sorry for yelling at you babe but you need to understand that there's something going on that you don't understand so just trust me okay?" He stated calmly.
" I think he's talking about us coming home." I whispered to ash and she nodded.
" I'm sorry but, if you really don't trust me then I don't know what to do anymore kris, tell me what you want from me?" He said.
" I'll spend more time with you in a few weeks I promise, I love you too I'll see you Monday okay? Okay bye." And with that he hung up.
" lukey has a girlfriend lukey has a girlfriend ." ash chanted which made me giggle. So he does I thought to myself.
" we should get to bed if we are going to be doing a lot of shopping tomorrow." Ash suggested.
" you're right, goodnight ash."
" goodnight Madi." She smiled and climbed into bed. As I walked to my room and laid in bed I just hope this new family thing works out. I stared at the ceiling for a while before I drifted into my sleep..
