Cheryl's POV:
I went in to the cinema to wait for Kevin and Veronica and after waiting for 20 minutes I decided they weren't gonna show. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and sat at the bar counter. My serpent stalker, Toni, sat down next to me and asked if I had been stood up. She had already been a little nosy and way to heartfelt for my taste and I wasn't in the mood for anymore of it. "Are you stalking me?" I asked annoyed. "What makes you think that?" she replied with a smirk. "Um maybe the fact that you keep showing up every time I'm alone and pretending to care about how I feel."
"Who says I'm pretending?" she replied once again with a smirk.
I turned to look at her and I raised and eyebrow. "Okay I'm leaving." I stoop up with my milkshake and pulled out a dollar to tip the bartender although I don't know why. Toni put her hand on my arm and said, "Cheryl, wait. I'm not meaning to bother you, just talk to me."
"About what?" I asked tired of her.
"Something happened to you recently and I know you can't be having the best time. The fact that you were just stood up doesn't help. So talk to me about that. Talk to me about you." I gave Toni a concerned look and sat back down beside her. "I'll make you a deal. We go watch this movie and then I'll answer 10 questions from you about me. Sound good?" I asked holding me hand out for her to shake. "Deal." Toni shook my hand and it seemed as if Toni was willing to do anything to talk to me.
We watched the movie and came back out to the bar. Somehow we got on the subject of who my best friend was. The subject reminded me of an old friend named Heather. I brought her up and told Toni my storyline about falling in love with her. I ended up crying and Toni put her hand on mine. "You are a strong, beautiful, independent woman. You are not deviant. You are not selfish. You are sensational." I wiped my tears and couldn't help but look at Toni. Our eyes met and I knew right then and there I had to have her. "Hey I have a favor to ask," I said to Toni knowing where it would lead. "Yea anything."
"Can I stay at your place for the night? I can't go home to my mom right now."
"Yes of course."
We left and met at her trailer. I couldn't help but stare at her. We went inside and I was so tired my eyes could barely stay open. I asked her where I'd be sleeping and she put a few extra pillows on the bed and grab a blanket and some pillows to put on the couch. I walked toward the couch and she told me that she would be sleeping there and I could have to bedroom. I fell asleep as soon as I laid down.
