  "Lorelei."

  Someone shook my shoulder gently.

"Mmmph", I made a face, but snuggled deeper into the toasty sheets, hugging them against my face.

"Lorelei."The hand shook my shoulder again, this time harder.

I rolled around under the sheets and pulled them above my head. "Gowway", I mumbled.

All of a sudden, the sheets were stripped from my body. My eyes flew open in confusion just in time to see a wet dishrag flying directly towards me. I sqwuaked and scrambled up when it came in contact with my face. Any signs of grogginess and sleepiness had disappeared from my body. Talk about rude awakening.

I immediately got it off my face, but the icy cold water had started to trickle down my face and neck. I shrieked at the coldness and saw Chris cackling evilly standing at the corner of my bed.

Okay, that really got on my nerves. No one does that and gets away with it.

Gritting my teeth, I threw the dishrag back at him, but he caught it easily and dropped it to the ground.

"What are you doing here!?"I demanded.

"Izzy and Morgan have left for school already, so Erika made me come here and pick up. It's the second day of school, you know, and I am dutifully carrying out my job of awakening this little beast from its slumber", He studied me for a while and smirked before saying "And might I add, a very sexy little beast."

I took a single look at myself and grabbed around for my comforter. I spotted it at the corner of the room, where Chris had flung it. Let's just say waking up in a room in only a sports bra and pyjamas shorts wasn't the best thing to do when there's a guy around.

Blushing like a beetroot and trying to cover myself up as best as I could, I got up and chased him out of my room with a pillow.

"Wait for me out here", I hissed before slamming the door in his face.

I heard him chuckling outside as I made my way into the shower.

"You have got to be kidding me."

I couldn't tell with his shades on--I mean, who on Earth would wear shades to school?-- but I bet he was rolling eyes.

"Don't be a baby, Lori", he scoffed.

"I am not getting on that thing."

"It's completely safe, I can assure you", he nudged on.

  "It's a freakin' deathtrap, Hunter."I said.

He threw his hands up in the air. "You leave me no choice, Winston", he warned, and before I knew what was happening, a pair of strong arms lifted me up and hoisted me onto his shoulder like I weighted nothing and the world turned upside down.

"Hunter! Put me down THIS INSTANT!" I shrieked, smacking his back in a feeble attempt to escape. He replied by locking his arms tighter around my thighs and starting to walk towards his metal deathtrap.

It was a damn good thing I had chosen to wear jeans today.

"Put me down or I'll puke down your shirt!" I yelled, fisting up his expensive shirt. It was true. I was starting to feel sick as blood rushed down to my head.

Just before I was about to lurch, he flung me onto the backseat of his monstrous Harley Davidson. He hopped on right in front of me and revved the engine.
