Monster Attack

I was almost at my building when I heard a hissing sound behind me. I turned around and saw the same 7 headed snake. It started swelling up, and it grew to the size of a few cars, or maybe 2 school buses. I screamed as loud as I could and started running towards my building. Carson somehow came running out of the alleyway and yelled "RUN! GET TO THAT BLACK CAR!" I started running towards it as the door of it opened. Ms. Maria hopped out along with Nico as they ran towards the snake. Ms. Maria pulled me aside and said "Get in the car, we'll try to delay it." then she ran off, pulling out a very long sword in the process. I dove in the backseat where I saw the dagger. The exact one I used to kill Ms. Nicky. I picked it up and held it in my palm. It was some kind of gold material. Maybe bronze.

I heard footsteps coming back to the car. Ms. Maria, Nico, and Carson piled in as we sped off. The snake was behind us and wasn't very far. "What's going on here? Why are you holding a giant sword? Why is a 7 headed snake chasing us?!" I asked. "I'll explain in a bit, can you eat this cookie for me? It'll help you relax." Ms. Maria said. I grabbed it and ate it (which likely wasn't the best decision) and immediately felt drowsy. I laid down my head on the door as I drifted off.

"Violet, wake up!" I heard. I shook my head and saw Carson peering over me. He looked over and yelled "She's alright!" I looked over to see who Carson's words were directed to and saw Ms. Maria and Nico who was talking on the phone. I realized that they had drugged me and yelled "WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING? WHY DID YOU DRUG ME? WHY ARE WE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE? WHERE IS THE CAR?" all of those important questions.

"Violet, calm down, be quiet. We're in Charleston. Ha- I mean Ms. Maria was here a few years ago. We, uh, lost the car and we were walking." He said. "That's kinda not possible dude, you aren't strong enough to carry me." I shot back. "It's okay Carson, you can drop the act." Nico said.

"Violet, what I'm going to tell you, is going to change your life. You're a demigod." "Wha- What do you mean? I'm no god." "I mean that you're the daughter of a god. The gods are real." I opened my mouth to talk when he shushed me. "I'm a demigod and so is Ms. Maria. Well, her name is actually Hazel, Hazel Levesque-Zhang. I'm the son of Hades and she's a daughter of Pluto. You see, the old myths are all true. The Greek and Roman gods are real. We're taking you to a camp for people like us. Don't worry, we already called your dads. I can shadow travel, one of the perks of being a son of Hades. I took all of you with me as soon as we got out of the city. I couldn't make it to New York for some reason, so we're going to have to hitch a bus or two. We'll explain more when we get to New York. The hydra can travel fast though, so we should get going. Let's get walking to the bus station."

AN: Well then, that was fun. I'm trying to get chapters out, but I kinda suck. Quarantine succckkkksss.
