Challenge Accepted

It had a been a about a month since your sister had started dating you're boyfriends brother. Your older sister, Allison, had met Edward, Johnny's older brother, about a month before they started dating and if it wasn't for you and Johnny it wouldn't even be a thing. You and Johnny weren't very pleased when they told you but the two of you were closer to each other than you were with your annoying older siblings so it was understandable they got together.

You were all sitting in your living room watching a movie together, except you couldn't focus on the movie because the other two were mashing their faces together like two Lego bricks on the other sofa.

"Gross. Would you look at them?" You whispered to Johnny. He took his attention off the TV and looked over at them. "Eww you guys, will you knock it off!" He complained throwing a pillow at them. "Hey!" They both said. "Yeah, stop it. You you're making me feel sick." Your sister just scoffed, fixing her shirt. "The pair of you are just jealous." This made you and Johnny laugh in unison. "As if ! What's there to be jealous of?" "Yeah I don't think sharing oxygen like that is something a human being would be jealous of." "I'd be more jealous of the people lucky enough to never have to see that."
The two of you bounced off each other like usual. Fist bumping very casually. Ed and Allison looking defeated.

"Bunch of amateurs!" Johnny added. "Oh yeah!" Ed tried "Yeah!" He replied. "I'd like to see you two do better." Ed said bitterly. You scoffed at his words. "We could soooooo do better, almost effortlessly. We could so be... like ... the cutest couple in school." You bragged, Johnny nodding alongside you. "Is that a challenge?" Allison asked, putting you on the spot. "Yes?" You asked looking at Johnny, he looked back with the same look on his face "Yes. Yes it is." He said, not certain himself.

"Challenge accepted, right Eddie?" "Yeah! It's on !" They both hyped. "Well .. how are you supposed to make a challenge out of that, dipshit!" You argued. "Whoever makes the biggest gesture." Allison said looking at Edward with harsh eyes. "We have to go all out. If you lose you have to pay for all four of us to go see a movie of our choice and if WE lose, which we won't, well pay for all of them for a movie of YOUR choice, food and drinks included.Deal?" She asked to which you rolled your eyes at,scoffing. You and Johnny on the inside were really unsure what you had gotten your selves into but you'd manage. When combined the two of you were capable of a few tricks.

The next day both you and your sister walked to school. You and Johnny had been plotting over the weekend, you needed to win for the sake of two free movie tickets(food and drinks included).

When you arrived at the school, you saw Edward running down the steps towards Al with a bunch or red roses in his arms, cliché. As soon as he got to her he picked her up, spinning her and planting a big sloppy kiss on her. They continued for a bit longer till you just couldn't stomach anymore. You walked straight past ignoring the schools "awwws" and claps. "Amateur hour." You scoffed.

You met Johnny at the top of the step who was also looking down on the display in sheer disgust. "Tell me about it." You said. He couldn't drag his eyes away, he was so confused on how that was considered romantic. "So, you ready for this?" This snapped him out of his daze, looking at you with a queasy look. "Yeah, But can we go over the plan once more please ?" "Ughhh, fine once more come on."

Once Johnny had eventually come to terms with the plan, it was set in motion.

Later on in the day you were walking to your locker; you made sure people were around when you opened it, not wanting them to miss this. When you opened it a love letter fell out,your friends picking it up and read it before you could. You read it,pretending to swoon. Next was the classroom. You had planned to have multiple love letters and notes fall out of somewhere throughout the day. First the locker, then your book in class, then it continued from there with chocolates and single flowers falling out of somewhere also. Until you came to the last phase of your plan.

Allison and Ed were falling behind, after their flower debacle at the start of the day, their game had slipped. Edward, the berk ,(stupid person; for any non-British) had hidden a dove in Allison's locker and it only went and crapped all over her belongings. Also getting him in trouble for letting a bird loose in the school. You were gonna win this.

You were in the field talking with your friends when you heard mic feedback from the speakers. Then all of a sudden you heard the sound of a very distinct voice over the tannoy .

Everyone looked around in confusion and you played along trying to hide your sly smile. Your sister looking confused also , looked over to your table when she saw you. Her face then turned from confusion to fury. You only feigned innocence.

Johnny, out of nowhere, appeared on the bleachers with a microphone. Starting to sing .

Before Johnny ran off, nearly missing the security. He jumped down the steps towards you, giving you a long, passionate kiss. You could hear the clapping and laughing of the crowds behind you and the band still playing. You laughed as he suddenly pulled back to escape again. Running back up the steps until he was out of sight. You looked over to your sister, who stood beside an annoyed looking Edward, mouthing the words with mock confusion. "Guess we win ." Scratching your head for added effect and making the two of them storm off in anger and defeat.

At the end of the day, the four of you were walking home together. Johnny had his arm draped around your shoulder. "Hmmm, What movies do you feel like seeing, babe." Johnny teased, you playing along, replied "Hmmmm, I don't know. How about something gory, let's go see a horror." You said knowing your sister would gag at any drop of blood. "Well if were going to see a reaaaalllly gory one, were gonna need as much popcorn and candy as we can. Don't wanna go in there on an empty stomach, no fun that way." Johnny said, directing the last part and the two in front of us who only turned to look back at us. Allison rolling her eyes and Edward looking quite sick from the thought of gore. "I won't be sick. You'll be shitting yourself." Allison mumbled under her breath. You and Johnny looked at each other from the corner of your eyes, both wearing smirks. You spoke up, "Wanna Bet? ."
