the man who stabbed ashley was grinning manically.
she on the floor bleeding all over her grey t-shirt and on the floor.
ashton went to help her, when the man threw the same knife he stabbed ashley with at ashton making it burry itself in his chest, causing him to fall lifeless on the ground.
the man let out an evil cackle, before pulling out a gun from his pocket.
he shot calum in the head making his body fall on the floor. and just like that calum was dead.
everything was happening in slow motion for the two remaining teens.
dani was crying hysterically, as connor stood frozen. he was absolutely petrified he couldn't even flinch .
the man suddenly laughed loudly making dani and connor scared of what he was going to do next.
is he gonna kill them? or is he going to take them to some creepy ass place and torture them to death?
but what shocked them was how the man raised the gun to his head, shooting himself before falling dead on the floor.
both connor and dani didn't waste any time running out of the room and hopefully out of this entire building.
it was kinda hard for dani since she's been crying, but she continued anyways.
they were running to the room they came from hoping that the way outside wouldn't be far from it.
and they weren't wrong. the exit was just around the corner.
con pulled the big metal door open, and they were once again faced by the woods.
they both knew it would take them a long time until they find a way out, but that didn't stop them.
dani looked at connor, her face was tear-stained and her eyes were red and puffy from crying so much.
"i promise that i'll get you out off here" he looked deeply in her eyes as of assuring her.
she nodded, before pulling him into a tight hug.
"if anything happen and i don't make it, i want you to know that i love you, so so much. i have for a while but i was so scared to tell you. i know it's not the best time to say it, but i'm not even sure that i'll be able to make it safely. dani, if i die, i want you to-"
he didn't complete his sentence, before dani unexpectedly crashed her lips on his, shutting him up.
the kiss lasted for a few seconds before dani pulled away. it was short but full of emotions.
"don't say that" she spoke breathlessly.
"y-you're not gonna die. i'm
not gonna let this happen" her eyes watered.
connor pulled her into another embrace muttering calming words to her.
they stayed like this for a while, in each other's arms, quiet sniffs coming from both of them.
