Stop getting angry :)
You may be already upset when your younger sibliing annoy you.You may be really tired when your mom or dad gives you a work.You may be fes up when your friend keeps on nagging you,You may be at the ride side of an argument,BUT PLEASE DO NOT SHOUT.DO NOT GET ANGRY IS WHAT I SAY.DO NOT BE HARSH NOR RUDE TO THEM.GETTING ANGRY AND HURTING THEM IS EASIEST BUT RE FORMING THAT GOOD BOND IS HARDEST.
EXPLAIN THEM YOU ARE TIRED,SAY THEM THAT YOU NEED SOME BREAK.SPEAK TO THEM AND THEY WILL UNDERSTAND BUT DO NOT GET ANGRY AND SPOIL THE MOOD OF OTHERS PLUS THE RELATIONSHIP YOU HQVE WITH THEM.
Shaithaan will tempt you but please recite auodhobillahi minash shaithaanir rajeem.
If you are standing then sit,if you sitting then lie down.
Count up to ten.
Do not get angry please.
This is harmful.
You hurt others.
You break relationships.
You create misunderstandings.
You hurt yourself too.
You fall in to the trap of shaythaan.
Shaithaan party.
You earn Allah's wrath.Do you need all these?
So please stop that.be calm.When you want to speak out when they hurt you nor when you grt angry and you want to shout at them evern though you are correct.DO NOT DO IT.INSTEASD KEEP DOING DHIKR.KEEP REMINDING YOURSELF THAT THIS IS NOT RIGHT TO GET ANGRY AND SHOUT.PLEASE.
