"i think you should just tell him. get it over with." payton says. "you don't understand! he doesn't want kids right now." i say. "look i say we cut this trip short and go to the sway house." he says smiling. "no i wanna spend thin with you." i say. "well i wanna do this. we're going to la." he says. "fine." i say.
"mom can we go to jadens." he says on the phone. "mhm. ik mom. yes i'll watch out for her." he says. "she says yes!" he says smiling. "i guess we're going." i say.
i call jaden to tell him. "hey babe we're coming to visit you." i say. "i'm happy i'm going to see you again!" he says smiling. " when are you coming?" "we're buying the tickets now, we're leaving tmrw." i say. "great!" he says smiling. i hang up and look at payton to see him packing.
"how long are we staying?" i ask. "two weeks." he says. (skip to airport lol)
we walk into the airport and immediately get swarmed by fans. we try to talk pictures with all of them till we had to go through security. "that was ruff." i say. "yeah." he says fixing his shirt. we get through security smoothly and have time to spare. "you hungry?" he ask. "no not really." i say. they soon call our boarding number and we head onto the plane.
after the flight takes off payton falls asleep. i try to sleep but that doesn't work so i continue to think how i'm going to tell him. i decided i'm going to try and do the idea madison told me. "baby i got you a very special gift, but it won't come until 9 months." i repeat over and over again. i scroll through instagram and tiktok till the plane lands.
"payton wake up we're here." i say shaking him.he wakes up and i grab our bags.
i go out side and wait for jaden to come. i see him and anthony pull up and i run and hug him. "oh my gosh i missed u so much." i say finally letting go. anthony puts our bags in the car and i sit in the back seat with jaden.
"welcome to the sway house!" anthony says pulling up to a big house. "oh my gosh." i say getting out. i pull my bags out the car and walk up the steps. we walk in and there's a lot of people then i remember being in the house. i see mads and turn away. it's not like we have bad blood it's just awkward after what happened.
"hey guys." i say waving to everyone. "but jaden i need to talk to you alone." i say. he takes me upstairs and i give a thumbs up to payton.
we sit on his bed and i run the sentence through my head. "what is it baby." he says rubbing my leg. "i have a really special gift for you but it doesn't come until 9 months." i say holding up and pregnancy test. he sits there quiet and looking at me. "look i know that you don't want a kid right now and frankly i don't either but i think we can make it work. we both love each other. "i'm just wondering why your just telling me." he says smiling. "i was scared." i say hugging him.
"i'm so happy babe. ima be a dad." he says hugging me tight. "ima be a dad to a little girl or boy." he says smiling. "when can we tell the boys." he says standing up. "when there's not all these people here. i just want the six of you." i say standing up with him. "who knows?" he says. "payton, charli madison payton's mom my parents." i say. "aw i can't wait to tell my parents." he says smiling.
we walk down stairs and i walk to payton. "it went really well." i say smiling. "that's amazing." he says hanging me. we spend the rest of the day hanging out and knowing i'm going to be a mom.
