KHUSHI: why are you here??

ARNAV: well

KHUSHI: i can't believe this (she cuts him off before he can finish his setence)...arnav singh raizada is really here..what were the odds?? And besides that you even came to talk to me, you know pretending you dont know me would have been easier but you didnt ...you really said hi to me...

ARNAV: your happy

KHUSHI:of course who wouldnt?? Arnav singh raizada is talking to me..am very happy

ARNAV: am glad

KHUSHI:well am glad your glad?? Are you glad am glad your glad??

ARNAV: its weird am getting less glad now..

KHUSHI: well so you didn't tell me why your here of all places, this is an institute for the blind and as far as i know your not blind, wait did you come to see me..i mean did you come to see people like me, i mean blind people..yes that what i meant....your the silent type right..you haven't answered any of queries

ARNAV:how can i, you asked the questions and answered them your self ... remember..you didnt let me talk..i actually came here to

KHUSHI: oh khushi you have done it again, (arnav stares at her, is she talking to her self, like really)

ARNAV: who were you talking to

KHUSHI: my self, i sometimes need expert advice, am sorry i know i talk alot, even tiny says that i should cut my words to saying 15 words a day..i think i would suffocate

ARNAV:i don't doubt that khushi, any way i saw you here and decided to say hi to you but am getting late i have a meeting to go to...(he says as he glances at his watch but wait since when did he become answerable to her that he has to give her an explanation of his depature)

KHUSHI: yeah i know, you have to leave but wait before you go.

ARNAV: yes

KHUSHI: we met at first when that car was going to bump into me

ARNAV: yeah

KHUSHI: that was chance...(He doesn't know where this is leading to but he waits patiently for her to finish)

KHUSHI: we met again the second time now that was fate, and we meet once again the third time

ARNAV: i guess so

KHUSHI: the next time we meet, it would be a choice, arnav would you like to be my friend??

(He stares at her for a while, how many people would be trembling in his presence but here she is all smiling, khushi is confused at his silence and is disheartened did she offend him by this gesture)

Khushi still has her hand stretched out for arnav as a sign of friendship but since he is silent..she is about to with draw it but grabs onto it and a smile adorns her face...

ARNAV: friends..(he says)

KHUSHI: friends...

...a while later arnav is seated in his cabin and is about to blast the person who enters his office without knocking but lets its go as soon as he sees who it is..

ARNAV; lavanya !!

LAVANYA: well i thought to invite my best friend out for lunch..

ARNAV: i don't want lunch la..am very busy at the moment

LAVANYA: i wonder what di is going to say if she finds out your neglecting your health

ARNAV: you wouldn't..

LAVANYA: oh i would..

ARNAV: fine give me a minute..

Lavanya smiles seeing his hopeless face, this is their daily routine sometimes he acts like a kid..so she has to black mail him using his sister who won't let him have the end of it if she finds out he neglected his health..her best friend the only man she has ever loved from the bottom of her heart but for him she is no more than another sister whom he cares about...

Khushi is sleeping comfortably in her bed later that night when her ringtone jolts her out of her sleep..she reaches for it and presses the answer button...

KHUSHI: who is it?? (She asks the person at the other end who just keeps quiet and this infuriates her)

KHUSHI: listen who ever you are?? You can't just call people and then keep quiet..if you didn't have a reason to call why did you call in the first place....do you know what time it is..normal people are usually asleep at this time of night..i was in the middle of my beauty sleep when your phone call disturbed me..to top it on you just say nothing..why are you still quiet..or i get it you have alot of credit on your phone that's why..is it..your still listening to me and you still dont find it necessary to reply to me idiot..who are you any way??

ARNAV: khushi its me..arnav and i said Nothing but the deductions you came up with (well since khushi so graciously gave him her number he found it necessary to call her but he couldn't finds the words nor the reason as to why he had called so he opted to stay quiet)

KHUSHI: who??..wait arnav is that you??

ARNAV; yes

KHUSHI: was i talking to you??

ARNAV: kinda

KHUSHI: you heard i every thing i said

ARNAV: only all of it
