ARNAV:khushi its time to go back...(he says as he approaches both her and lavanya....the fashion event has reached its end)

KHUSHI:what do you mean by khushi lets go

ARNAV:the event is over...

KHUSHI:and the most important part of the day is begining

ARNAV:which is??

LAVANYA:she means the after math party

KHUSHI:lavanya told me about it

ARNAV:but

KHUSHI:oh am staying

LAVANYA:oh come on asr..just stay for a few more minutes..khushi is more than willing to stay

The environment changes as the music becomes loud and people start hiting the dance floor dancing...arnav stares at his drink without taking a sip...his mind is currently under a turmoil...while lavanya and khushi become engrossed in their conversation...till khushi calls him out...

ARNAV:what is it khushi??

KHUSHI:lets go dance..

ARNAV:what??

KHUSHI:i didnt ask you to kiss me for you to react like that...

LAVANYA:he doesn't dance khushi

KKHUSHI:you don't know how to or you just don't want to

ARNAV:am not interested

KHUSHI:but iam and since you brought me here so willingly..am afraid you have no other choice but to comply

ARNAV:i don't know how to dance

KHUSHI:take it from the actor in my family..no one is buying this..but okay since you have no idea what to do i will brief you

ARNAV:khushi??

Arnav is left with no other choice but to hold her hand in his...

KHUSHI:now take a deep breath..you must be nervous right..i imagine this is your first time dancing..

ARNAV:okay...okay you win..this wont be my first time dancing..am just

KHUSHI:see...lavanya everyone knows how to dance..even him

ARNAV:whats that supposed to mean??

LAVANYA:well i told her you didn't know how to dance and she was like everyone knows how to dance..so she

kHUSHI:forget all that..can i have this dance arnav

Lavanya looks on and is actually surprised when arnav gives in to her and leads her to the dance floor...

AMAN:lavanya

LAVANYA:aman??

AMAN:i was actually wondering if you would like to dance

LAVANYA;aman you know how some girls say i don't love you..i only like you as a friend

AMAN;yes

LAVANYA;well i don't even like you that way...so just leave me alone

AMAN;why so much anger..

Arnav takes khushis hand and puts it on his shoulder and her hands automatically lock around his neck as they begin to dance

KHUSHI;see its not that bad?? Is it??

ARNAV:no but i think its about time we head back..i promised your aunt i would take you back soon

KHUSHI:well atleast let the song end...your wierd you seriously need a woman in youur life

ARNAV:keep your resolutions to your self khushi

KHUSHI:i finally know why people are hesitant towards you..

ARNAV:not everybody likes me but not evetybody matters

KHUSHI:you have got quite an attitude..arnav you seriously need a woman..a little love never hurts

ARNAV:stop speaking as though you ascertained some sort of degree in love issues...love is all you speak about...wait am asking a wrong question?? Do you even have a boyfriend....

KHUSHI:thats mean..but unfortunately i fall under the category "NBSB"

KHUSHI;NBSB...No Boyfriend Since Birth...but i believe in destiny..he is out there somewhere

ARNAV:waiting for you??..thats the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard...if you were planning on amusing me...you succeeded....

ARNAV;we write our own destinies khushi...we get to chose...

Arnav stares at khushi from a far his heart is burdened with deep guilt from what he may have did with her...khushi is seated in her favourite place of all listening to music in her headsets while arnav doesn't want to approach her...he not only destroyed her life but her dreams as well...wouldn't it be better if he just confessed everything to her and apologise...but what if she chooses to walk away like everybody does...he doesn't know when and how she became that important...but he is scared....scared to see hatred in her eyes for him...yes he is scared to lose her...thinking all these he goes back to his car and drives back home...where he finds an anxious sister...he recalls he didn't return home yesterday night home...after returning khushi home...he opted to to drink in a bar and actually slept in his car...

ANJALI:where were you?? I called you..i called aman..i called everyone i could think of....where the hell were you..you didn't even find it necessary to answer my calls...wait is that alcohol u rick of...u got drunk

ARNAV:damn it stop...i already have a splitting headache don't add to it...am in front of you..am fine that should be more than enough for you

ANJALI:watch your tone..this is the height of negligence...you didn't sleep here.... where did you sleep do you

ARNAV:would you stop acting like my mother.....(he shouldn't have said that...he really shouldn't have...she has no idea what is going on in his life)

SHAM:what is with the voices, arnav anjali...(he says as he walks towards them)
