These rules are specifically tailored to little sins they are only focused on anyone who finds themselves with a little position.
Rule 1: Every little sin must talk to the respective big every single day this rule is in place becauase the big sins have been in the group the longest and should know much about the group this being the case lets little sins learn as much as they can from the big sins without having to talk to the presidency
Rule 2: the little sins do not have to speak with the presidancy everyday however they do need to know whos in charge.
Rule 3: little sins will always be a little sin but they are able to be ranked up and able to hold office and positions in the presidancy for example
