ivan: good the papers are in the lawyers hands already they wont be around anymore

Cindy: it'll never end with them the lawyers will give us custody but knowing time they'll come bother and cause drama again its in there blood
Ivan: actually no its not going to happen again anymore we'll watch our lil girl grow and get healthy she'; come home to us and we'll live happy babe no drama safe and sound

the night passed Ivan took the kids home that night

cops- well shes gone cant be found and hes dead beat brutally

he sighed

Ivan went upstairs to tuck her in
mia: whens mommy coming home?
ivan: in a couple days when shes cleared but we'll go see her everyday ok

ivan: you wont be um you wont be seeing your dad anymore ok he uh .. he was in a car accident things happened and well .. hes in heaven now wth your grandma
she sat back trying to register it

she got up on her bed and hugged him and cried quietly .. it broke him
ivan: im sorry my love I am
he sat down on her bed rocking her and hugging her
mia: its not fair .. i dont have a dad anymore
ivan: yea you do you have me
he rocked her till she fell asleep in his arms
the next day
Cindy: his uneasy soul is finally gone huh
ivan: you ok?
Cindy: yea i feel better if anything i was getting anxiety thinking if i left he would be out there .. but then mia huh
ivan: we talked she cried i held her till she fell asleep .. it'll be ok babe your dads in remission babygirl is doing good lil by lil your healing too everything will be ok
she nodded and hugged him
months went by Lili was finally healthy and strong enough to go home
a battle they never thought would come to an end .. did

ivan: he just wants to play mamas its ok get one of his toys so he can play with you
she nodded and walked away
Cindy: she says it so comfortable now i love it
he hugged her by her waist
ivan: i would've never though after being locked up and going threw the shit i been threw i would be here with you as my wife and 3 lil blessings .. mia might not be mine but to me she is her calling me dad is my biggest accomplishments
Cindy: yea but what about us getting married?
ivan: haha there all in the same level babe
