ADVICE TO MY OLD LITTLE SELF

I asked my old little self
"Are you happy?"
She said, "Yes, I'm happy"
I smiled at her and said
"Try to enjoy it more!
Because this happiness
won't last long"

"You will be smiling your brightest smile
But it will be hiding your darkest feelings
You will try to be strong by not shedding a single tear
But you will beg your own self just to shed that single tear
You will be fantasizing the meaning of love now
But you will be the only one to push it away like a nightmare"

"You will try to tell people that you are fine
But in reality you will not be fine
You will try to question yourself,
Try to hurt yourself, try to hate yourself
But after all this, you will still find a way to love yourself"

"So my precious little self!! Make your happiness last long,
So that you won't regret in future for not making it last
Like I did"

Wrote this yesterday..... Kinda thought to write it because you know every person gets a question like what to want say your old or young self. So why not write it in kind of poem. So here it is
