15 Years of Friendship

Do you remember the year of 2005
When we started our school life
From a place called "Jack and Jill"
A place where we first met

Don't know how we became friends
But it started a new friendship between
A shy little girl and a holly jolly idiotic girl
I still remember you, been that
Shy little cute girl

We studied, played together
In that miraculous place
Where we first started
Our friendship

We end up in the same school
And same tuition
Where we got our another
Best friend

Years passed
And we met another friend
Who also became our closest
Best friend

As we grew up
We had our fights and arguments
But we mended it very fast
'Cause we can't be mad at each other

Our entire school life
Passed by
But our bond didn't
After school we said to each other
That we will hang out

But the Gods above
Had another plan
Took me from one place
To another
Where we can't hang out

But little did he knew that
Even though we can't hang out
With each other
We are still in contact
We still talk and see
Each other

'Cause he can't break this bond
Which we created 15 years back
And it will still carry on
For years

So this one was also written yesterday which I uploaded it on my instagram.

This poem is for my first ever friend who is still my best friend.

15 years of friendship. How crazy it is that me and my best friend crossed 15 years, handling each other's shits *laugh*, teasing people, supporting and helping each other through our tough times.

So today's her birthday and I have already send this poem to her. Now it was time to upload here. So here you go.

And I would love to say that, if your friendship is long like mine or more than that, then please don't break it.
