Stucio - Modern Au - Spend the night with me

It was late into the night of the beautiful city of Vesuiva, where most were sleep at this ungodly hour of the night a certain man can't get an once of sleep- maybe one of the most popular in the city. The blonde only wore a silk robe and boxers as he tried to pour himself a drink hoping it would knock him out as he scrolled through his phone. He tried lots of things- all seeming to have no effect or failing horribly as thoughts flowed through his mind, maybe thoughts of a special 'friend'

Starla Nightsworth had been a long time friend of Lucios, maybe even going back all the way to High school- but consider each other close friends, well at least, she does. To him she meant everything, and without her he had nothing. It drove him mad that he had loved her for this long and never spoken a word about it- very un-Lucio like of him. He nervously went to his contacts as he was hoping the brunette was still awake, twittling his thumbs as he waited for her to pick up. Lucky for him she was still awake yet was just getting ready to go to sleep until she heard her phone ring, going to look at the contact and getting neverous, wondering out of everyone in the world why was he calling right now as she went to speak

"Hello? Luci are you okay?"

"I'm fine but uh...this may sound odd but please if you can..come over, I can't sleep"

This earned a flustered blush from the female as she giggled quietly into the phone, simultaneously getting up out of bed to go slide on a pair of shoes and her keys, being in a cutesy silk nightgown and robe

"Of course ill come over darling, ill be there in a sec,"

"...thanks star."

He said before hanging up and going to go get another glass for her as well and maybe getting a few snacks as he was planning on having a mini heart to heart with her...hoping it would end as her as his girl for the long run. Nonetheless his thoughts were interrupted by hearings stars loud roaring engine pop up in his drive way, going to park as she ran up to his steps, trying to get out of the cold as Lucio let her inside. She briefly scanned him up and down before giving him a hug

"Aw Luci how I missed you! How have you been?"

This earned his heart to skip a small beat, smiling down at her,

"I'm doing alright star, come now you look freezing"

He said as he took her into his room, hoping his fireplace was enough to warm her as he sat on his bed

"I brought you a few things as well if you couldn't tell-"

"OHHHH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!" She said quickly as she snuggled up against him, blushing as he knew exactly what she liked. She just smiled softly as she knew he had been paying attention to her which made her heart swell, always having a constantly growing crush on him since college wasn't ever fun- especially when he was in his hay day partying with other women- but this felt different, to have him next to her like this was wonderful. He simply poured her a glass and she gladly took it, her snuggle turning into a hug as she looked up at him

"So why did you invite me over again?"

"I just..wanted to talk to you for a bit..you always make me feel better."

"Alright then, what's bothering ya?"

He looked extremely nervous after that, scratching his neck nervously as he didn't know how to phrase this besides a fake question

"I-I uh...well there's this one girl I know and I really wanna tell her...how much I'm in love with her"

Stars heart sank a ton as she heard this, going to hide her sadness as she catched her breath, putting on fake enthusiasm

"Well, every woman is different and not all want the same thing, and I know the exact type of women you're into so this is an easy one. Don't bring a lot of pressure, just simply tell her and let her know how much you care, then let her think about it"

"Well, this should be easy,"

"Don't tell me you're gonna call her-"

"No no ill just be right back"

She just sat there silently as she just saw Lucio leave the room and then promptly come back, going to just sit back down with her and grab her hands

"I know we had been friends for many years my darling and I hope this doesn't ruin what we have but..I just want you to know I love you..and I want to be more than just friends."

She started blushing perfusely as she just intertwined their fingers, trying to find words

"L-Lucio I uh...I love you too"

A bright smile wiped across both their faces as the blonde male pulled her in for a kiss, the smaller woman greatly excepting as she wrapped her arms around him. This went on for several minutes till they eventually pulled each other to lay down, cuddling the other tightly

"oh Starla.. Please do tell me you'll spend the night with me?"

"Of course I will."
